Pre-ordered on the app 15 minutes before we got there. Arrived and they were just starting our order. The restaurant and food... prep area was FILTHY. Food waste was lying everywhere, so much cross contamination of the different food containers. Despitethe fact that they didn't close for an hour, they had all the front chairs up on tables, and 3 of the 4 staff were in the wayback of the kitchen working on what appeared to be trying to close things up. One lone guy who looked like he was at his firstday on the job was up front, excruciatingly slowly making 2 burritos and a quesadilla, which took more than 10 minutes. Burritos weren't wrapped right, had incredients spilling out, and the $5 guacamole side came in a tiny sauce cup that was filledless than half full because the guacamole container had so much cheese and sour cream that had been spilled into it, he couldn'tscoop up anymore plain guacamole. No one was at the register so I grabbed a take out bag to bag my own stuff, wanting at thatpoint to just get out of there. Got into the car and realized the quesadilla kids meal my son got was missing all 3 sides it'ssupposed to come with, but I wasn't about to go back in to correct it. We ordered four veggie burrito bowls. After reaching home we found only rice, beans and sour cream on it. The actual order... included fajita, guacamole, salsa sauce and other add-ons. Only a glimpse of onion and tomatoes were found (like tastingcounter sample). It seems this location has a habit of not delivering right order and also less portion size than dine in. Itseems it is inherited in their business model. Take Out - Half Size Dine In - Proper Size and cost remains the same. 0 Starsshould be an option. Worst Take Out Service. Read more

I like the food, tastes good. The portion is inconsistent though like what one other reviewer mentioned. Untidy workplace. There... are ten(10) people-5 in the kitchen and 5 counter the last time i was there and i was the only customer and they still didnt getmy order right. The cashier also seemed uninterested and felt as if i was interupting his day. i am guessing all staff wereunder 25 yrs old. They definitely need adult supervision. Very disorganized, far from the organization at the ?In and Out? whichis more like a ballet. The menu also needs to be more clear. Like somebody from Chipotle corporate should make their menuclearer. The regulars know what they want, but what about the new customers(do you care about getting new customers on board).The menu is somewhat confusing even for someone who?s been coming here every now and then. I would have given this place zero stars if I could. I frequently pick up food from Chipotle locations. This place was dirty... (spilled food all over the counters) food looked pretty bad, service was really bad. They had few young kids (apparently theirfirst day) with zero supervision. My food changed 5 hands before it made it to the cashier. Never again. You can definitely findbetter place than this place. Read more

I?ve been going here for a while now. I get a chicken bowl with 6 crunchy tortillas on the side. Normally I get charged 1.50 for... all of my extra shells. Food is great but there is inconsistency on the portion size. One day I?ll get a good scoop next just asmall amount. I?ve also seen masks not being worn properly. I came around 7:30 on a Monday and there was no line. Outside areacould be kept a little more tidy. They also no longer have hand sanitizer dispensers. Last but not least, Servers were verynice! I frequent chipotle almost daily for my dinner. This location is usually consistent. However, recently they have had minor... errors in my orders, but I was patient due to their former consistency. Today, they got the entirety of my order wrong!! Thebowl that they made literally consisted of just protein, fajitas, and beans. This is entirely wrong to the point of beingunprofessional.
