This place seems to be popular. Here is the good: They have a cool view of their baking process and the store is bright. I like... that they have cookies at the register to view the options and sizes and then cookies are served warm. Now for the not so good:I like warm cookies but I like them done. The cookies are underdone. If you decide to eat one warm and then save one for lateryou end up with a doughy cookie. The pink sugar is too much for me but my family liked the icing. The cookie was mushy. No biteor crunch. The chocolate chip was the same. I didn?t see a sign that says you should bake at home but I?ll probably go ahead andput them back in the oven for just a little bit longer. For me: Not really worth the fuss. Read more

I am afraid to give 3 points because all the reviews are nearly Five. They have a reward plan for the Goole Maps review, I don't... know if the review with points has a relationship. The cookies are too sweet but have no sense of graininess and crispness, thepiece is too big. The Levain Bakery in New York was only 4.8, I think it has a long gap between these two brand and products. Read more
My favorite cookie place totally. Truly the best cookies in the world. They have weekly flavors available from Monday thru... Saturday. They have a combination warm and chilled cookies.
