Found strands of hair in my drink today so that was a bit disappointing. Especially as it was found towards the end of the... smoothie. ???? Actually have another complaint but never thought it was worth posting until now (especially with my name beingpublished but I won't be coming back)... There's a female worker there who constantly frowns and lite-weight rolls her eyes,which is unpleasant and a turnoff being a patron when making an in-person order. It's not a huge deal in the big scheme ofthings but the hair just reminded me why I took a break from supporting this store. It's as if she hates her job and this hasbeen constant for about a lil more than a year now. There is one gentlemen there who is just the opposite, he greets and alwayssmiles - give this employee a raise. Never thought I would post this until I got the hair and she was working this day so thereit is. I don't know what's going on in her life but hopefully things have turned around for her. Read more
Have to say Jamba Juice still makes great smoothies. They seem clean and healthy.
wow not that busy no greetings from any of the 3 employees ordered thru app went to pick up station still no interaction people... who ordered in person after I entered picked up their orders I asked employee at blender my order was just placed infridge. geez next time(mental note) start rushing waving at employees or go to order station anyway. un pleasantexperience beater locations in south or east bay Milpitas Fremont Read more
Poor service, I ordered a large smoothie and they messed up and didnt make enough to fill the cup. I heard one girl say "just... add juice" Ended up with a cup of sloppy apple juice that was warm and not frozen. Disappointed they should know better Read more
This place made the smoothies so quick! Great tasting smoothies as well. There was no line and friendly people working!
The best thing about this location is the exceptionally friendly staff. Even when it gets busy they prepare drinks efficiently... and always spot-on ingredients and eager to make everything right and taste perfect. Great location with multiple eating optionswithin walking distance. Read more
