Terrible- 10 min wait time. Every time they have to brew a coffee and other 10 min. Poorly trained staff.

The single start is because the ham and Swiss is SO good. However, Every time I come to this location it?s terrible. Multiple... times I have asked for hot and gotten iced and vice Versa. The station with milk only ever has one option, half and half, whichis usually empty and crusty, so I have to ask and am met with an annoyed employee. The employees are always busy chatting and intheir own world. Which would be fine if they were able to multi task when6 ppl are waiting for their drinks. Espresso alwaystastes burnt and even the drip coffee taste stale and old. If you ask for room in an americano it should have room not filled tothe brim so hot Coffee spills when I take the lid off. Workers are inattentive, couldn?t be bothered and rude. Why waste yourtime when you can just go to Philz down the road! Starbucks is superior even. Read more

Great location and service from Peet?s. I really enjoy the fact that is is right near the Starbucks in Safeway. They always get... my coffee right and haven?t had any negative experiences with this location. I remember moving to the area last year and orderedtheir to go coffee for me and my family, and they were right on it and had it ready as quickly as possible. Read more
