I?ve been a patron of the Starbucks for many years. This particular store is extremely shorthanded. It can take more than 15... minutes for a cup of coffee. That store chooses to turn their online ordering on and off at will. When I asked about why theydid that they said other stores did it too so they do it! A quiet Starbucks, clean and orderly. Parking is easy, and ordering ahead online makes the pick up a breeze. I do wish this... location (well, all locations) were better staffed during busy times, as the staff seem overwhelmed and coming from previousbarista experience I can understand why. The drink I purchased was the cold brew with soy milk, and an extra splash of soymilk, and trust when I say it was delicious! I got a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunchy things on top. They ran out of caramel drizzle, but they had dark caramel... drizzle that was just as good. It was so tasty! I came at 1:30 on a Tuesday. The shop was empty and the service was very fast.They were also so nice and checked the ingredients to make sure that the crunchies were gluten free :) Read more

Usually I have no problems here; it's fairly clean, the staff are nice, and the drinks taste good. Except yesterday when I... ordered two drinks through the app. My coworker went to pick them up and i was so upset. My frap was dripping everywhere, thewhip cream was melted around the edge of the lid, and the lid itself wasnt even on right. I almost spilt it everywhere whenpicking it up. My coworkers drink wasnt much better. I realize Starbucks gets busy, but at least take the time to wipe off adrink and make sure the lids on correctly. I used to work at a Starbucks myself, but I always did this, even when we were busy.This was super irritating, unacceptable and unattractive for a Starbucks drink. Please do better. ???????? Nice little place, and well staffed in the morning. Nestled in the middle of the building in the complex where they are... expanding more retail space. Is it me, or does Starbucks all over seem a bit more empty in the mornings now that people areusing the mobile app to order drinks? Pros: free parking; easy to find with Gooogle maps; very clean and well staffed; quickservice; no lines when I went in at 8am Monday morning Cons: tight parking spaces, a bit hard to maneuver in the lot; smallstore, and it seems triangular; only 5 small tables by the wall, and a table in the center; also closes around 8ish (earlierthan ones I regularly go) The rest is Starbucks as you know it; same drinks and same pricing Read more
