One out of the 2 guys at the counter was very rude , irresponsible and frustrated. The younger person was better in customer... service and did a good job. The veg patty smelled foul like stale oily stuff. Read more

Ordered Uber Eats only to be called by the store to cancel as they did not receive payment from Uber Eats. At the very least... they could have settled with UE offline and provided me as a customer good service for further business. This is ridiculous andatrocious to say the least. They will never get my business ever. Read more

One of the absolute worst customer experiences I?ve had as well as worst subways I?ve been to. Sloppy sandwich, did not honor a... coupon and also the price I was charged was three dollars more than on the menu. The owner of the franchise said it?s becausethey haven?t had the roast beef in for a while and haven?t updated prices on their menu. Will not be coming back and notreferring anyone to this business. Okay judging on my overall experience... And just so you all know I'm only comparing it to my collective experiences at Subway,... and other "fast food" deli stores. Ill say they wanted to have me out the store 5 mins after 9:43. Which isnt there listedclosing time. I'm neat with my food and not making a mess or anything to refrain them from closing down. My sandwich was okaythey didn't have mozzarella cheese which was a huge fail. She took my direction on making my sandwich with some some minormisunderstandings. I felt quickly rushed to get out of the way to the next customers. Which is cool if you don't forget to putmy cookies in the bag along with some napkins. So overall 2 stars for just the effort and not having any issue with my orderbeing made in a different than their standard procedure. Read more
