UPDATE OCT 2022. STILL a solid 5 stars. Impressive menu. Ordered delivery. A Caesar salad, an Italian salad with deli meats, and... an order of ravioli with meatballs. Dang. great flavors. Salads were cold and crisp. HUGE portions. Could have easily shared onesalad so we had "free lunch" today. Fast delivery. Friendly delivery staff. A very good experience. New photos added. Check outthe huge slices of parm on the Caesar. Really good attention to detail and quality. Update Oct 2021. Arrived in town Sundayafternoon for the season and ordered two salads for lunch. Delivery was super fast. What? A salad from Barro's PIZZA? Yes! Theirsalads are great. and HUGE. My wife had the antipasto with added chicken and I had the Caesar. These salads weighed one pound ormore each. Served up crispy and cold. Loaded with fresh and tasty ingredients. As always, very good prices. Was wrapped up in aday-long event and didn't get home until 7:00, starving. Not in the mood to cook. Ordered delivery from Barro's. Was not upsetto be told that the order & delivery would take 90 minutes. That tells you something - the place is crazy busy which usuallymeans good food. I was not disappointed. It actually took less than 90 minutes, but not by much. I ordered a small garden saladwith blue cheese dressing. It came with croutons, which you wouldn't expect on anything except a Caesar. It works. The containerwas jammed full and the salad was cold, fresh and crispy. Just very satisfying. Also ordered the cheese ravioli in marinara withan added two meatballs. Mom, did you sell your recipe to Barro's??? These were Mom's meatballs! Sent me back in time. Same size,texture, ingredients and that BIG taste. Went here a few months ago, and frankly the pizza was inedible. I was very disappointed and didn't go back for... months. However, gave it another shot yesterday and was extremely please with the people working there and the pizza quality. Clearly something has changed recently here for the better. My guess would be a change in some type of leader or managementeither leaving or coming has really helped this place get better. Whatever that is keep it up! Read more
Foods amazing, best pizza in San Tan Valley, but Management I think may be a little negligent or ignorant to order times. I... unfortunately had a bad experience with kids meals taking and extra 20 minutes after adult meals came out. As I waited near thekitchen waiting and waiting for my kids food Management seemed to make every effort to avoid eye contact. Leaving theresponsibility to the young teenagers who work the register. When all was said and done it was a bad experience and the issuewas never resolved, manager continued to hide, and I felt embarrassed for taking my neighbors out to dinner. I would suggest toall to continue to order take out. Dinning in is not a good option, stick with delivery. The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5... and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee wasfolding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. They asked to watch and she agreed, explaining the process alongthe way. When my boys asked if they could try, she said they could and coached them through the process. My kids ended uphelping to fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees popped in to help and monitor when the original employee had toanswer the phone or help a customer. What would have been a miserable 15 minutes turned into a wonderful experience. My kidsleft the restaurant declaring that their first jobs would be at Barro?s. The bonus to all this is that the pizza was absolutelydelicious. We will definitely go there again! Read more
Thin crust pizza was stale. It was ordered with white sauce but didn't seem like it had any sauce. The olives tasted like tin... can and the pepperoni was chewy and old. Regular crust pizza was fine but felt not super fresh. In their defense I did pickup. So, I'll just chalk this up to a bad visit. Normally they are pretty good. Won't order another thin crust tho and the whitesauce is certainly not worth the extra money. Read more
Went for the $6 lunch special. You get 1 slice of pizza, a salad and a drink. The sausage pizza was large and delicious. Full... sized salad with croutons was very tasty. Good variety of drinks. The desert bloom tea was so good. Will be back???? Read more

Ordered over the phone for pickup. They told me 25-30 minutes. I showed up at exactly 25min and the pizza was sitting there... waiting. Would be great if they could message you to tell you it's ready. Good pizza! They made it just right! Read more
