I?ll give it a 2 star review because one of the employees was actually helpful. We came to cafe Rio to try the new beef birria.... The girl taking our order was huffing and had an attitude each time we asked for something else. We clearly asked for a comboand we didn?t receive that. Staff wad super nice They answered every question I had being I had never been to this restaurant before food wad amazing they... made my enchiladas into a Burito style which is my favorite and reminded me what Old town Florence L&B Used to be before it wassold and The food was superb 38 bucks with 10 percent tip and I got extra beans and rice twice for me and my wife... staff wasjust so amazing everyone was happy and joyful like they all love there job the interior was awesome and the Horchata was amazingalso... Stopped here with family hoping for some good tacos. I ordered the steak tacos for 11 bucks. They were okay. This place has... Chipotle vibes but the counter operators all seemed to act like they either haven't been here long or just don't care about thecustomer. Food was pretty average. I probably won't come back here in the future unfortunately. Read more
This is amazing, San Tan Valley has thier very own Cafe Rio! Love this place. The people working the store mentioned how dirty... some of the other chains are and pledged that this location will stay clean. Very nice and professional people working. Theoutside seating is awesome, well awesome when the weather is nice. Go check them out and enjoy some good Tex-Mex food. Read more
Really nice new place! Looks like they are still getting it all together and set up. Overall everyone was super friendly and it... was really nice that they checked in on how my meal was. I can?t have dairy so I was worried when I saw cheese all over theveggies. Also when I asked if the lime vinegar sauce had dairy no one really gave me a straight answer. This is probably a 3.5. The food was fine but nothing special . Really just another Chipotle style fast food restaurant. The... ordering process was chaotic at best. People seemed unsure of what to do. Overall not someplace that I would come to on aregular basis. Try it your thoughts may be different. Read more
Can't believe there are so many negative reviews but maybe they are for different locations. The new Cafe Rio at Johnson Ranch... is fabulous! We eat there every week. The food is delicious, the options are incredible and the service is great. Whitney whonormally works the cash register is so nice and efficient. I highly recommend Cafe Rio at Johnson Ranch!
