Spent almost $50 on dinner for three. My grilled chicken was literally cold, and all the portions were really small. Meaning the... chicken was precooked and sat out without a warmer. There were also ingredients missing, like our cheese we paid extra for, sofrustrating. What a terrible experience and total waste of money. This is the second time we've eaten at this location and hadterrible food. Will not eat here again. Read more

The last few months they have gotten considerably better. After Pepe left the store immediately improved and some recent moves... made the quality of food and staff improve. We always have happy, engaged servers who are a pleasure to work with. This wasn'talways the case. So much better now. Read more

Its not really that good, but not that bad. The line is usually busy, the young kids are very quick but they just throw the... ingredients in, when you get the older crew is when the food is kinda sha-poppin. Would give it a 2 1/2 stars the horchata isgood when me and my fam get it. Backyard taco is slighlty cheaper and the meat/spice they use is way better but this isconvenient. Read more

Always great food at this location and nice and helpful staff. All to often nowadays restaurants have poor service. They also... help walk ins just as much as drive thru customers which is refreshing since I feel you get ignored walking in fast food chainsnowadays. Read more

So I come here often , to pick up orders for customers that order them online. This is on a Tuesday morning where there?s no one... , so I decided to pick up the order through the drive thru , I didn?t think anything of it because like I said it?s empty. Thisgirl literally tells me ? I can?t give you the food you?re going to need to come in? I asked her , ? what?s the difference?? Sheanswered back rudely with an attitude ? I already told you to come in , I am not going to give you the food? like what?? I justasked one simple question , she did not have the need to answer rudely , this is customer service!! So , me being the biggerperson , I canceled the customers order and drove off. This is not okay!! Do better at hiring your employees, with bettercustomer service! Read more

Good food but the service is horrible! It takes forever to get your food. I waited 30 min for 2 burritos. They are short... staffed and the people that work there move at a snails pace. Hope this one gets better and survives Read more

We ordered carne asada fries and the rolled tacos. The carne asada fries were skimpy, and the rolled tacos didn't have the... underlining parchment paper therefore it burned a hole through the styrofoam plate and caused the rolled tacos to taste likeplastic. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she said that that will always happen because it is hot, I explainedthat it wouldn't happen if they put the typical parchment liner like all of the other locations do. So they replaced two of therolled tacos. Then I asked for 4 salsas another staff member only gave me 2 and walked away. I asked if I could get the other 2and she said I could only get one more. My wife asked do you charge for the salsa? She said yes, we looked up at the menu andasked where did it mention that. She slides in front of us a sign that says to be courteous to staff and the charge for salsa.And that's why they have to have a sign saying to be courteous to staff, because they don't seem to have customer serviceskills. My family and I stopped at this restaurant on February 11, 2022 with the expectation to purchase burritos. I did not feel like... cooking this particular day. We don?t eat out on a normal basis so this was just like a quick fast way since we had been outall day. We are allergic to tomatoes and beans. I let the cashier know that we have allergies to tomatoes and beans for allthree of my burritos. In turn I also told the cashier specifically how I wanted my burrito. There are certain things we add thatdon?t come on the burritos like shrimp, rice, and extra cilantro and onions when we order Mexican style food. We reached ourdestination home to eat our burritos and I was the first one to bite into my burrito. As you can see from the pictures therewere tomatoes and beans in all of them. I called their number that is located on the top of the receipt and spoke to a Generalmanager on that date February 11, 2022. He was a male and he told me to come back at any time with my receipt and they willremake my food for me with no problem. As you can see on the pictures I have my receipt, which is proof of purchase. I proceededto go up there to get my food replaced and I spoke to a lady named Patricia. She said that she was the general manager. She wasvery rude and disrespectful by calling me a liar. I have a recorded video of the whole situation. Google maps does not give youthe option to post videos. But I recorded this whole situation. They did not replace my food. They did not give me a refund.This place is highway robbery. If you have a mistake made on your order, they do not care. They treat the situation as if it?syour fault. On my receipt it says no pico which is no tomatoes. Please keep your receipt which is called a proof of purchase.You should be able to get your order remade. That is totally unfair and unjust.
