Love the food, but we picked it up as usual. They no longer let us fill our drinks ourselves, new corporate rule they said.... Lemonade not on the list in the to go on line menu. So they didn't give us our lemonade. Was supposed to large Pepsi and smallroot beer. Both drinks were Root beer. So glad they helped us with our drinks since Pepsi is all I drink. They did not have Banana splits. What I ordered was very good but not worth the price they charge there. I bought a cup of Ice... cream like $9.86? Give me a break it was good but not $9.86 good! No Banana splits, I probably won't return. But it was a niceplace and good service. The cashier's were awesome. I usually love eating here always get the cheese fries and it always takes the whole box but today they filled half the box with... little to no cheese. They put no effort into my food whats so ever.. $10 for 2 orders of large cheese fries and one on the side Read more

Well- Trained Staff, when I came in, it was during dinner rush, they handled it fast and efficiently. I was barely waiting for... my food. Even during dinner rush, the manager had time to come up to me and ask how my food was. I will definitely be comingback her again ! Read more

Food was as expected from here. Overall not happy though. One car ahead of me. Was at the speaker ti order for nearly 5mins just... seeing that persons had gestures it appeared they were annoyed with the time. I spent only a couple mins to order. After pullingforward again. Just one car ahead of me and there was literally 2 cars in the lot not parked where you'd expect customers topark but I'll assume they had customers due to the vehicles in the lot. Once the other car got to the window. From payment tothe time they received there food was between 10 to 15 mins. Once I got to the window from payment was still another 5 minsuntil I received my order. I don't know how much staff was working. I'm not sure what all has changed as far as fast foodservice goes but this was just awful for time. I worked for a Freddy's in Colorado back in 2009 and we had 5 mins at most perorder from the time it was placed to the time it had to be in the customers hands. Just doesn't make sense even during a busyrush for orders to be reaching the 20 min mark before making it out to the customer. I'd definitely think hard before coming tothis location assuming this is an issue for just this location. Read more

As much as I love Freddy?s I will no longer be going to this location. The few times I?ve gone and tried to give them another... chance they are rude and always get my order incorrect. When you try to get help to make the order right they try to blame youfor their wrongdoing. Such a shame because I live right down the street and now the only time I will eat at Freddy?s is out oftown. I am also reporting them to corporate for the second or third time. Read more

1st time here will be my last paid ordered for a double burger got a single the pickles were thicker than the burger. Not a fan... of the thin frys only thing I enjoyed was root beer float. Not work 12 dollars. Definitely not as good as Culver's or In & Out. Read more

Today I went to Freddys and I was having a horrible day. The girls at the drive-through noticed and they made my drive-through... experience exceptional! They seem like they actually really cared about my feelings even though I was just in a drive-through,which was really nice to have that sort of warm experience come from a fast food place. They went out of their way to write acute little note on my custard and also the cooks had wrote a note for me and put it in my bag. Not only was the food good, butthe service was stellar. I want to thank Sammy and everybody else who was working today @ 10:30 AM because you changed andabsolutely horrible day into a little bit of a better one. And that is so appreciated!!!
