Great food! We had some sandwiches there and took a large order home, earthing was really tasty. My only food issue was my... chicken sandwich, the chicken was a little over cooked and made it tough, but I'm a monster and still enjoyed the flavors. Theonly other thing which was more confusing than anything, was the distinct lack of BBQ smells. Some of the best BBQ in the valley! Its in the middle of no where in San Tan Valley, AZ but if you can get there it is worth the... trip!! Brisket is moist, tender, & has good smoked favor. The Ribs are good too. The Sauce is good. The Green Chile Mac & Cheesecaught me off-guard you gotta try it. Good Customer service too. If you like BBQ you have to try them. Read more

This place is amazing. Had the Brisket, pulled pork, and half rack, along with Chili Mac, Beans, Greens. NOTHING MISSED THE... MARK!!! EVERYTHING IS AMAZING Only draw back is the price. Small little place putting out top quality bbq. If you haven't been here make the trip it's worth it. We had a little bit of... everything and it was all good the santan sandwich was amazing, the swabby dog cleaned the deck. The full slab of ribs. glissened in the light of perfection and in our belly's. Took home some peach cobbler oh you know that's gonna be good. Thiswas our first time definitely coming back. The picture doesn't do justice to how full and delicious these are. I got home and realized dinner wasn't defrosted. We were... tired from a long day. I put in an order and by the time I drove to pick to up, it was ready! We got the brisket and the pulledpork sandwiches, respectively. So good and worth it! This place is amazing. Been here twice in a row. Food selection is great. Food here is really delicious. Customer service is... great as well. Family that owns it are welcoming and super nice. Ribs and brisket chili dog are a must have when trying thisplace. Goldmine platter is a great choice if you want to try most of the meat on menu. Spicy sauce is a must have on the side aswell if you want to add a little kick to your food. Read more
