We ordered 3 pizzas and only received 2. When I called to complain they told me ?we?ll give you a free pizza next time? I... already paid for the pizza so that is nothing but a rain check. They then offered to deliver the pizza and I agreed. 2 hourslater and the pizza never came. At this point I called and told them I don?t want the pizza. The manager claims he can donothing for me even though they ruined our family dinner and it was a mistake on their end. Manager was rude and obviouslydoesn?t care about his customers. Read more
The quality of the food is perfectly fine. However, it?s a lack of service and it?s unfortunate that they are understaffed. This... poor young man was running around the restaurant as acting manager, maybe even a store manager, being pulled in many differentdirections because other employees didn?t know what to do. I don?t know if it was just because they were understaffed or if theemployees are not trained, but he definitely could?ve used some help. There were many unhappy customers, calling in because theyhad been waiting for over two hours for delivery. I called in myself, to change from delivery to pick up, because of the delay.This Store needs help. Read more
Beyond upset, was told 35-45 minutes for delivery. An hour later I called and was told it will be out the door in 10 minutes.... Now it?s over 2 hours later and a door dash driver called me (we didn?t use door dash) and he is waaaay out of his way and lost.I called the store and cancelled my order. It?s 10pm on a Sunday night, my kids have school in the morning and I have to work,and we have to figure something else out for dinner since I don?t want to pay for 2 hour cold pizza. We frequently order from this specific Papa John's location, especially as they are the only pizza place that delivers out to... us; not to Mendon their sauce and food is delectable. We have had several great experiences and are always satisfied with theirdelicious food and exceptional service. On the rare occasion that something is incorrect in our order, the management teamsteps up to the occasion and ensures that we are more than compensated for the miscommunication between staff on a busy night. First time ordering from them and they did not disappoint. Super fast delivery and great food. One less star for charging 75... cents for a tiny extra pizza dipping sauce, but overall no huge complaints. Read more
Normally everything is pretty on point. Tonight though I was really disappointed. Garlic knots literally do not have any garlic... on them. It?s just bread. Then the Buffalo sauce is missing from the papadia. I was glad I didn?t order as much as a usually dofor the whole family. Read more
Every time I order pizza here I always ask for the cross cut. Little kids it makes easier for them to eat. Never....I mean... never, do I get my pizza cut the way I want. I always call and complain. Only lost a star because the first time in forever we went with them over Barrows they had computer issues and wasted our time... and got the order wrong. To be fair I took without looking but I was already mad about my time being waster. They did comp usa redu on our order and the cheesy bread was OK. General impression. Doesn't seem as good as when I was a kid. It is good. But if not for the garlic sauce I don't think they are higher quality than Little Ceasars. Barrows is better quality. My 4 starrating is the overall. I didn't expect amazing but they came through when they made a mistake and it was edible pizza. Read more
