It feels like captive compliance having to go to Starbucks out here. I miss all the considerably better options in the central... valley. That being said, they will pour coffee, several shots and ice in a cup for me. That's all I can ask at this point. Read more
Bought 2 bags of coffee beans, it appeared that the 2 workers were not trained correctly on how to grind coffee. Now, I am home... and oped bag and it is too coarse and does not taste very good. Other than that the 2 employees were very courteous and helpful Read more

Honestly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Employees are terrible, all look like they don't want to be there as others have... said and almost always get your order wrong or make the drinks terrible. They once tried handing me a drink with chunks/flakesof something from their heavy cream and when I took it back for them to remake because it was disgusting, they were not friendlyand looked like I was inconveniencing them. I've been to this location over the course of a year giving them the benefit of thedoubt but receive horrible drinks/service almost every time. Would be lucky to actually get a drink that tastes like what you'veordered. This is the closest Starbucks to me but I'd rather take the time to go to an actual stand alone location to getfriendly service and my order made right. Don't waste your time or money here. Read more
The workers here are HORRIBLE and RUDE. They are disrespectful and never make my drink right other than 1 specific person. I was... standing in line today it was only 7:52 and they close at 8 and the woman saw me there then when i get up front she tells me?sorry were closed? SHE SAW ME STANDING THERE FOR 5 MINUTES AND COULDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO TELL ME? Awful. I won?t be cominghere ever again until they hire new and appropriate workers. Read more
While the lovely lady taking orders and your money is fast and great, she smiles and is happy, the staff putting the orders... together are as slow as sludge and act like they don't want to be there. However, the Laveen Frys store Starbucks employ happywannabe there people. Read more
