Wow! Very dissapointed, I ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Jack Combo and was given abysmal customer service. I get, it's fast... food, but I've never been subjected to such mean behavior in my life. I certainly will be driving more north to ANOTHER Jack inthe Box next time. Read more
Not worth coming to this restaurant. Bad customer service, bad food, bad sanitation. It has been a constant bad review for this... place and every time I come either drive thru or dinner it gets worse. This Jack on the Box is right on the border of Tijuana and the US. To say it gets a lot of business is an understatement. All... the people moving through here I imagine make it hard to keep up with cleaning, keeping it picked up. That said, I've never hada bad experience here and off you're walking across the border, either ready, this is a good stop or place to meet someonecoming across on got you're picking up. Easy to find, not very hard to get in and out of. Read more
