I do not know what was wrong, is a nation wide franchise isn't? I asked for crispy chicken, one order of four pieces? Let me... start with this, oily on the outside to the point you can see, feel it and taste it. The dough outside was raw in some places, tasted awful. Third the white meat was dry, can something else go wrong? Oh their favor the Cole slaw was good. Maybe because Ilike Church ???? as my benchmark. It was horrible we asked for two 38 dollar packs spent 80 dollars and got a 30 dollar meal. Plus we all got the runs from the... food. Got a 12 piece today the chicken really needs some help again. last time i went it was great for the crispy 12 piece meal. Today... i got home saw the bucket look basically empty. Mostly they just threw wings in it and legs and some thighs no breast which its3 of each. Apart from tasting like they hadn?t change the oil the piece i got barely had anything on them. WOULD HIGHLYRECOMMEND CHECKING YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Really wish they put more attention to it since just the chicken is almost $30. Read more
Wow it has been a horrible experience ! As far as promotion! So i ordered online a 16 piece for 57 dollars and when i got to the... restaurant they had the promotion of 24 piece for 50 dollars! I asked to price match or cancel my order to buy the promotion !They denied said they could not do anything! Even tough i drove over to the restaurant to pick up! ! Really ? This is the lasttime i buy in this restaurant and will make sure i run the word to locals to not buy online ! Not only that they shorted me onone piece of chicken not giving me all my order correct! I hope this review get attention of a concerned and caring manager!Otherwise service will continue to get worse !
