When i go through the drive thru, they always get my order wrong, it's getting super irritating, i go to this McDonald's cause... it's the nearest to my job. But they never get my order right. Today I clearly ordered 2 small caramel macchiatos and theycharged for 2 large ones and gave me the large ones. I can't believe that i say my order slowly and they still manage to get itwrong. it's truly unbelievable. Rude worker so I'm a worker at mcdonalds in Los Angeles CA in Century City and they didn't give me my 50% discount. And also... they don't give us lettuce for breakfast but for other people they give them very rude and also racist. Read more
This McDonald's is good but you really have to check your order..... many times I forget or trust they got it right and I get... home and there French frys missing or a burger.... thats a pain.....but the food is always fresh as to why I come back... Read more

They always give you the wrong order. Burnt French Fries are always given to you Hair in your food is commonly a issue. the girl... that takes your order via drive through says "IS THAT ALL" every 5 seconds rudely. if the ask you to wait in the front it takeslike 30 minutes to get your food. and the long lines are horrible. 24 hours yet the service after 11 is terrible ! First the drive thru person just screams cash only, didn?t even say drive up to... the second window. When I got my change it was short some and when they gave me my food she turned around so fast didn?t ask ifI wanted sauce or anything. I tried to get her attention but they were too busy all doing other stuff. I felt so bad but I hadto rudely honk to get their attention.
