The order taker was rude, and in a hurry. We waited 15 minutes for our food. I specifically asked 3 times for Arby's, and horsie... sauce and got some berry sauce. Read more
Very nice young man at the counter took our order. I tried the fish. Unless you like the frozen fish sticks from the grocery... store, don't get them. That's just my opinion. 4 stars for the young man taking our order, 1 star for the fish. Read more

Worst Arby's ever. Three different times, I was able to watch an entire episode of Family Guy while waiting in the drive thru... that 9nly had 2 cars ahead of me, again, on 3 separate occasions. Also, don't ask for sauce, you won't get it. Fries are NEVERful, ever, and I mean halfway full is lucky. Plus, if I deliberately say "No" to a large sized meal, and you charge me anyway? Get real. I gave this location more than enough chances. They overcharge, take way too long, do not listen or care aboutcustomer complaints, and illegally up charge customers while making them wait 30 minutes minutes cold and overpriced food. The staff was friendly!! That I like when I walk into a business. We ordered and the food was prepared in a timely manner. We... got a double roast beef sandwich, a double with cheese, 2 French dips and 2 medium curly fries. My double RB was hot andgood. My grandparents who are in their 80's always enjoy a French dip! I'm not a person that likes to cause a scene, but, when I order a sandwich that looks like the one on the menu, and actually get... this, I will say something. After going back in and speaking with the manger, being told that it was made to weight and thatthey make the pictures look good, there was nothing wrong with it.
