Fabulous and Friendly AS ALWAYS!!!! Obviously very well managed. The food is always perfect. The young people who work there are... disciplined and respectful. It's refreshing to go somewhere and see employees working rather than playing on their phones. Iarrived near when they were closing the lobby and they employees were mopping the lobby and disinfecting the tables---with thesame detail that you would wash your own table at home. Solid 5 stars! This is easily the worst chick fila in this area. I have spoken with management several times, but nothing changes. Their... breakfast is consistently bad. Old stale ingredients. The only Chick-fil-A that will not add cheese on your chicken minis so you have to order a piece of cheese separately and put it... on your self. This is a waste of material and a lack of customer service. I recommend the Chick-fil-A at 71st and Garnett. Read more
This is a beautiful Chick-fil-A. The drive up lines are phenomenal. I would have give them five stars but the drive up speaker... you can barely hear the person taking the order. I went to the drive thru to order 10 chicken minis. We actually eat these for lunch. I wish I could get the macaroni and cheese... on the morning too, but it is not available until lunch. The drive thru wasn't busy at all. I had to wait a few minuteswhilevthey made them. They are the perfect size for little hands and delicious! Read more
Went Thur the drive Thur tonight due to having a long day My sister asked for a side salad with a side of spicy grilled chicken.... The drive Thur worker Rebecca who stated she was night manger that I could not order that because the side salads don?t comelike that but I could get a bigger salad with spicy chicken but not a side salad, I agreed to paying for a bigger salad withspicy chicken. I got home noticed I got charged for southwest chicken salad so I called and asked for a manager so the ordercould be fixed. Rebecca again stated she was night manager and she is the one who helped me and that is what I asked for so Icould not get it fixed unless I want to pay for an additional salad. I asked for the general manager she put a man on the phonewho stated he was the general manager and he was so rude and hateful. He kept saying he?s not fixing the order I can pay for anew one because I agreed on that salad when I paid. I again told him what happen and asked if I could get the correct salad madehe told me no that I purchased that salad so he was not willing to fix it unless I wanted to pay for a new one. He kept callingme and my sister liars saying he heard what we asked for that he didn?t have to replace it or correct it because we already paidand if we wanted the correct salad we would have to purchase it another one. I come to this location at least twice a week andnever have I been treated the way I was. It is very sad to have been treated so poorly by two managers who are suppose to beleaders of this location and set a good examples for the other workers and act the way they did.
