My daughter pulled up in the drive thru between 10:00am-10:15am on 11-23-2021, and the employee gave the worst customer... service!! She was rude, unprofessional, and her behavior was erratic. She told my daughter, she was ready to go home in a rude,loud, complaining manner as soon as she pulled up to the drive thru window. And rudely yelled at my daughter what they had left,my daughter isn?t hard of hearing. So, my daughter left and went across the street to SUPER DONUTS, which they were respectful,and professional!! The donuts were very greasy. Just not good at all. My daughter and I got a variety and tried 5 different ones - they all tasted... pretty much the same and not soft or fresh? just like eating congealed grease. Sadness? Read more
Update 4/15/2021 changed review to five stars. Lately, they've been killing it. I am updating my review from 1 star to 4... stars. I have started visiting this shop again, and have not seen the employee that accosted me since I left this review. Thefood is good and they're quick. While their sausage rolls are too expensive, in my opinion, I still think they deserve to movepast a single employee mistreating a single customer one time. My original review is as follows: The doughnut shop across thestreet treats the customers better, and the prices are better. I actually prefer Livi Lee's sausage rolls (even thoughthey're half the size) but won't go to Livi Lee's anymore just because they don't treat the customers with as much respect. Read more
Wow. Just stopped by there for the first time. They were out of baked cinnamon roll so I had a fried one, bummer, except not... because I think it was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. At least for a donut shop. Nice and very fast service! 10/10! Read more
