I was going to give them about a 3 maybe even a 4 if they would've kept on going legitimately and taken the L they deserved but... after I gave them a bad review for how neglectful they were with my first order (they put literally a handful of toppings on thepizza after I had already dealt with them making me wait for a Candle Salesman to get done with his pitch so I could get myfood). I didnt have the ability to give them a review this time cause they did some type of glitch with their system so it seemslike I never got my order. That could potentially be much worse than just dodging reviews but I digress.. They don't evendeserve a job if they can't accept when they failed and improve to avoid it happening again instead of trying to lie and coverit up. Read more
The manager will lie to your face. My pizza was greasy and smashed anyways. I waited with hazards on for 5 mins. Nobody came, I... was in the only open spot in front of store, he said I should?ve parked right in front of store, that spot was for deliverydrivers, which I told him. I have screen shots, and video of him having an employee move the sign. He had a horrible attitude. Iwon?t be back ever again, and I?ve been a customer of dominos for 30 years. This is by far the best online order experience I have ever had. The wings were absolutely perfect, and the one topping pizza... with extra cheese was right there with it. I order a good bit of pizza, and this is usually where I order from. I have this problem that my delivery orders are ignored,... and I've had drivers yell at me for deciding to do contactless, to today where the driver honked at me because they didn'tdeliver to the right place, so I had to walk over and pick my order up. I also NEVER receive a phone call or even a text messagetelling me my order was dropped off, which I request with a contactless delivery, so I know I can safely go pick my food up. Iwould pretty easily recommend if you don't mind spending a little more ordering from Mazzios, or Pizza Hut, or any other pizzaplace in the area. Also make sure you double check every order because they've messed a good number of mine up as well. Read more
