They are good in general just not outstanding in any area and they fail on simple tasks in the orders that they receive. I tried... to work for them and they changed the schedule on me 3 times in one week also so I may be a bit biased. Read more
Pizza hut's what I ate growing up so it's always special to be able to eat it now.. Does Pizza Hut in Sand springs is a nice... place to grab and go!! The breadsticks are always hot and fabulous! I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks and it was ready in 15minutes! Still hot when we got home and had dinner. Both pizzas had lots of toppings and plenty of cheese. Read more
I was hung up on after holding 25 minutes and upon arrival (as I drove to the store because I was holding again in excess of 20... minutes), the Manager proceeded to tell me it's not his problem or fault that they are busy, instead of apologizing for theinconvenience. It gets worse but I won't bore any potential readers with the sad details. I will say, there were 2 girls at aprevious visit; Jenny and Jodi *I believe, that provided exceptional customer service. They should be Managers. NOT the tallthin young man that refuses service and treated us terribly. I left a message for corporate and I did receive a call back from aManager, but there was never a follow up call to apologize or to provide a resolution to the problem. Read more
