This particular Schlotzkys is good. I wish the online pick up sign was down by the 2 drive thru areas. I didn't see the online... pick up sign until I went through the regular drive through. It really needs to be moved. Plus, when you order online, if youhave some changes to your order, there isn't a comment section. Really need that! Otherwise the sandwiches were good. I got my sandwich and parked out front. It was great. Watched the open sign close around 8:45pm. Then watched several cars and... trucks pull in and back out before the hours of operation. That makes me boil. All so a couple employees can save 10 minutes.Not cool at all. Read more

I go to this place frequently and anytime I go there is usually always one of the same managers working. he always brings a... smile to my face! Scott is the manager of the topic here today. not only dose he care for his customers but he will have hisstaff smiling and working hard but they will all wear a smile. Anytime they ask him anything he's super polite and will helpthem when needed. I really hope they look at these reviews this man deserves his own store. I feel that if he is to get onethen they wont have to worry about complaints or trying to bring in more business. if you want great quality and a place wherethe staff treats you right I recommend going here! -JH Read more
Went there a few days after they opened. The drive thru was of course backed to the street, which is to be expected. So we... decided to park and do a walk up order. The male employee helping us had the best up beat attitude. He always had a smile on hisface and was the greatest. It took us Mayne 15 from the time we walked up, ordered, and got our food. We stayed and ate outside.It was all together an amazing service. The only complaint I have is there wasn't an outside trash can for if you decide to sitand eat at the picnic tables. So glad we finally have a Schlotzskys !!! Read more
The turkey tastes the cheap land o frost deli meat you get at Walmart. Not sure what happened to this place but it's not like it... use to be. And it's expensive as hell Read more
