I don?t hardly ever go to this sonic because of the service in the past but I was on that side of town and decided to get an... Iced Water with Cranberry. They were fast and got my water out but didn?t add any flavoring. Just limes. The girl working wasvery kind. I didn?t notice the mistake until I was back on the highway?I didn?t want to turn around for an issue with water. Idon?t recommend this Sonic only because of the inconsistency. Read more
Ordered 4 drinks off the app. Waited 30 minutes. Pressed the button and they never answered. Finally called the store and when I... told them we waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks, he cussed at me on speakerphone in front of my kids. Waiting another 5 minutes andfinally received our 4 drinks. Used the app arrived at my scheduled time. Clicked that i was there (2min before my scheduled time) Amother 8 minutes in the... stall waiting because the app said they were making my food. Car hop arrived at my car only to be told "oh your order is onanother tray" waited while people who arrived after me got their food. I got my food, took a bite of my mozzarella stick andthe inside was cold. Had I not been late already due to waiting I would have gone back. Read more

Not the best. My wife and I got some food. She ordered onion rings and churros. They were all burned. Told can't get money back... because we used the app. Came back with better onion rings. Don't believe we will back to this one. They can't even get whichorder is right. They walk car to car. Read more
Truly the slowest Sonic I have ever been to in my life. Usually, sonic is super fast ..hence the name. But this place fails to... live up to that. And I have only lived in Sand Springs for a month now, and out of the four times we have been there, they havemessed up the order pretty badly at least 3 out of 4 times. I have gone through quite a few reviews and it is pretty tellingthat they are consistently the same complaint for over a year now. How do they actually have 3.6? I would think with such aconsistency of the same complaint about slowness and inaccuracy of orders that they would actually change up how they do thingsand improve. I?ve been in a stall waiting for 3 drinks for 15 minutes while I?ve seen 15-20 cars go through the drive through to pay for and... receive their orders. It never fails at this location. They cannot handle both the drive through and the stalls. I?ve came herewhen they?ve had to shut the drive they down because they cannot do both. I come here for convenience but, it is ALWAYS at leasta 25 minute wait?.for drinks. The stalls right now are completely full with cars that have not been visited since I?ve beenhere. Why only here? It has to be management. I would love to see their loss reports for this location. Because, I?m about todrive off and just go home. The kids are usually very nice but, this location isn?t ran very well or they cannot keep employees.Which points to one thing, in my opinion. I will never come here again. 40 min After forever & smoking a bowl plus a dab (or 2) I realized it'd been a long time, checked my phone....30min. hit button... ask WTH they forgot then asking for a discount of some sort discount she said she can't do it but she threw me a bunch ofcoupons to make up for it and brought me five coupons for a route 44 drink.
