Went to this location around 11:00 AM it was not busy at all ordered a BOB and there was no sour cream inside of my burrito how... hard is it to make that burrito. It was tasteless and cold and I stay like five minutes away from that location so I had towarm it up and it still wasn?t good I used to love to go to this location but here lately the food has not been good most of thetime the ground beef is too salty today I couldn?t even taste anything I guess I will have to stop coming to this location theyneed to bring back Undercover boss so they can do one on this location. And I noticed on all the reviews that are good or badthe manager never responds to these reviews so I guess they don?t care. The last few times I had went to other locations the food just wasn?t very fresh and didn?t taste good. I have not visited Bueno... in quite sometime. We are on vacation and I just happened to see bueno and think I?ll give it another shot. Glad I did! The foodwas fresh and tasted great. Read more
Will not visit this Taco Bueno again. Today again my order was missing items when I got home. I know "should have ck'd before... leaving". In my defense there was no other cars waiting in line before or after me. Should've taken the hint. This Bueno is noBueno! Has been going downhill for about a year. Not happy with my experience at all. I ordered and had an issue with my bueno platter not having soft tacos which I asked for... but, they corrected it and gave me two soft tacos but literally every single order after mine there were mistakes (at least 5orders after) The people on the food line were wearing gloves but one was texting on his phone with his gloves on. I don?t knowwhere his phone has been but I guarantee you they don?t have a space where his phone can be sanitized. Just awful. When I wentto leave the manager on duty was on her phone and obviously upset about something because she walked across the parking lotupset. Someone needs to give a food handling 101.
