Ordered on the app. Used table service and input table 104. Found order on the counter. Ticket said Table 104... Fries were... cold and burger was put together in a rush. Absolutely a mess when opened the box. Being a truck driver, I frequent McD whileat most loves truck stop. The Service at MCDONALD'S and most restaurants have gone way down in the last 5-15 yrs. Orders notaccurate and we have to order ourselves? Where has the personal service? You want to stand out over the rest? Bring backquality and service! People will pay a bit more if they know it's right and have the service to back it up. Chick Fillet is aprime example. So better or the sales will continue to drop. Read more
Stopped by late at night, was slightly busy but no more than any other truck stop McDonald's late at night. Simple order,... quarter pounder combo plain. Took almost 20 min. Receipt was correct, burger wasn't. Fries stale and cool. I didn't have time towait another 20 min to fix. I gave up, threw food in trash. That's how bad it was. Read more
Seriously going downhill very fast. Every time we order nothing is right. You call to complain and nothing gets done or they say... they'll correct it and yet again.. nothing. Horrible service. Also no coffee products right now. At all. It's just alwayssomething. Read more
I usually come up to this location at night because it's about the only place open late. It's located inside of a Love's Travel... Center, next to Subway. This location usually does pretty good, considering they stay relatively busy since they're the firstMcDonald's when traveling south on I-71. The only way this McDonald?s is getting 5 stars is if the contest is which McDonald?s is the slowest out of the whole entire... franchise. Then they had to bring my order out twice because they continued to mess everything up. Where is themanagement? Adding to this review?ordered nuggets and not a single sauce is in the bag. Do better. Very good service despite the fact they're perpetually busy due to being the only fast food for several miles in any direction.
