The new Spicy Chicken Sandwhich is AMAZING! Love the mashed potatoes and gravy. Very slow the last few visits and the dining... room was closed both times. Drive thru only. Very good food though. Read more
The food was good and provided fast but the missing star comes from the fact that they seem to refuse to close the containers... properly. I had sauce spilled all in the bag and one of the cups wasn't close properly and spilled some in the car. Otherwise,it was alright for what it was. Read more

Ticket #3688 10-4-22 6:16 pm. Sign out front said thigh and drum meal $6. So I parked and walked in, and the first thing I hear... was store manager saying " I don't know why all these people be ordering dark meat when we got white meat to sell also". Ishould have walked out but was very hungry and tired. So I ordered the special of thigh and drum and she started in on herspeech about not having enough dark meat. She instead TOLD me that I would have to have a wing and a breast at the specialprice. I do not like white meat but as I said before, I was extremely tired and hungry so I agreed. A family that was servedbefore I walked in said they were having to eat what the manager chose as well. She rang up order and immediately pressed thecue button that the order was completed, instead of in progress. I waited 9 minutes for my food that never came and as I lookedaround I observed an entire tray of dark meat in the glass cases. I asked her when I might get my food as there were 6employees there and 6 customers and nobody was doing anything behind the counter. She pointed in the dining room at thecustomer's who were already eating and said there are others to wait on before me. I waited 2 more minutes and simply asked formy money back. There were about 8 cars who had pulled into the drive thru by now. She printed out my refund and threw it on thecounter, turned her back and walked away. Before I left I observed 2 cars in the drive thru getting dark piece special. Hername is not on the reciept but she was manager to be able to override my order and had to punch in her special code. Someone indistrict management needs to look in to this woman and her bad people skills. Maybe they were waiting for that chicken totime-out so they could haul it home at closing time?
