They can't get delivery right, and then if you go through drive-through, they're EXTREMELY rude. Delivery yesterday: I ordered... a double-stack biggie bag through DoorDash with spicy nuggets, sweet and sour sauce, and a sweet tea. My fries were cold andchewy. They didn't send me my sauce, and I didn't get a straw with my drink. Drive-through today: Instead of asking us torepeat ourselves, she got snippy when someone asked what was going on, and then just said "I don't know. Anything else?" withthe RUDEST little snip to her voice. Is there anywhere in this tiny town that has decent customer service? I came to the drive thru to get food for my family. I got a chicken sandwich meal, a cheeseburger kid meal, a chicken nugget... kid meal, and a cheeseburger meal. When I got to the pay window, I was told to wait. When I got my food, I got five drinksand I asked why. She said I was charged for 2 chicken sandwich meals which were 9.59 a piece. I asked her to refund it backand she only gave me 3 dollars and some change. I understand they were shorthanded, but they need to pay attention to what theyare doing!!!! Read more

My card wouldn?t go through then I asked if I could pull up to figure it out they didn?t answer me and then rudely told me to... pull up because I was holding up the line. Then after I got the money they wouldn?t take it and made me go back through the lineat 10:15 at night yes some of it might be my fault but you shouldn?t make someone feel bad when their card isn?t working. Pretty sure staffing shortage has hit this place pretty hard. It used to be better. Now there are always long lines. I have had... more than one incorrect or incomplete orders lately. Hope things improve because they have really good lemonade. Read more
