The disruptive, changing hours at P.F. Chang's seem to have settled down after the pandemic. The food is as good as ever. We... had a lettuce appetizer with chicken to start our meal. Lettuce was crisp and fresh. The chicken was tasty. There are more ofthe airy rice noodles than there used to be but dish is still quite filling for an appetizer and plenty to share with twopeople. For the entree, we split shrimp with lobster sauce. It was a well prepared dish. It was quite large. Even withsplitting it, we took home some of what was left and enjoyed it again at dinner. The ambiance is pleasant with an interestingmural on the wall of a young Chinese woman with a sword and a red background. No idea what it symbolizes but it is bright. Theservice was very good. Alethea was very conscientious about bring additional iced tea to the table when a glass went dry. My wife and I went to PF Chang’s last night, she ordered her favorite meal which is Kung Pao Chicken. When she got it we... noticed there were no peanuts in the meal. The peanuts are one of the best parts when cooked with the sauces and get caramelizedand glazed. We brought this up to the waiter and he said he would take care of it. He comes back nearly 10 min later with a bowlof dry, cold, unsalted peanuts. We were so confused. I guess they thought we just dump this on top? Gross. One of the best dining experience ever. This is our second time dining here and much like our first visit, we had a great time.... Our server was awesome and he recommended our drinks and our entire meal all of which was delicious. Great job guys, keep up thegood work! Read more
Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Alejandro was an excellent waiter. He noticed the rice being wrong on one of our orders... before we did! He quickly took it back and returned back with the fried rice. Excellent service and the food was fabulous! Read more
As to be expected from any P.F. Chang's the food is always excellent. If however, you visit this location on a very busy holiday... weekend you may find the service leaves something to be desired. This review is based on dine in experiences across MemorialDay, Independence Day, and Labor Day holiday weekends Summer 2022. Overall, if there was an option, I'd give 4 1/2 Stars as I'mcertain management is trying very hard and doing their absolute best considering the very very tight labor market. Read more
