The food I received that wasn't forgotten off my order tasted ok, but the incompetent staff they have at this location makes... ordering from this burger king too risky to order from. Waited patiently in line for a long time. When I got to the window they asked me to pull up front to wait for them to bring my... food. 1 order nothing special. I drove around and waited a long time. There are no designated spaces to wait I watched behind meto be sure I wouldn't hold up the next person. As the woman was coming out the door with my food the next car came around. Theemployee carrying my food yelled at me CAN I HELP YOU in an ugly tone. I said I am waiting for my food. She handed it to meranting how I should have pulled up somewhere else. I told her they just pulled up behind me. She kept ranting and I drove off. I felt she should have said I apologize for your long wait and thank you for your patience. I will not be back. Read more
Haven?t had BK in years due to too many bad experiences at other stores. Just worked a 14 hour day and was starving so I gave it... a go. The dining room was immaculate, the staff were very nice, and the food looked and tasted great. Read more
Both ice machines were broke, they were out of avocado dressing for the southwest burger, the chips seemed stale and the burgers... were not much warmer than room temperature. Staff seemed overwhelmed even though it didn't appear to be very busy. Won't gothere again. Read more
Not worth a star. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got fish wrapped in a chicken sandwich wrapper. I called and the manager said... they were out of Chicken. I went in for a refund and she said we have chicken - it 's just a sandwich - thank you for giving thecrew a bad vibe. Everytime I?m here during lunch they act like they don?t know how lunch time is every single day of the week. Just slow and... SLOW. Kitchen packed with workers and they still can?t manage to put their heads together to get the orders out quickly. Read more
