I drive 35 minutes to get Pizza Hut pizza because they are not available near my home. When I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks... I was excited to pick them up and go home and eat them. I was given the wrong pizza, I know mistakes happen, but when I gothome and realized it I called back to the restaurant and talked to the manager and was told he knew I had the wrong pizza. Iasked why he didn?t call me to tell me, we would have gone back and picked up the correct one, instead of waiting for me to calland mention the wrong pizza. I was told he was ?too busy? to make a quick phone call. Well he won?t be too busy when peoplefind out what type of service they are offering at this location. Their ranch is really sour like the ranch at the high-school so make sure you take a bottle of hidden valley if you want a good... salad. I love the pizza tho top notch stuff and it came out fast, but Coke lovers steer clear cause they only have Pepsiproducts. Read more
It's just OK. Prices are high in my opinion. I can get good pizza elsewhere for cheaper and not lose and quality. But when you... have a hankering for Pizza Hut this is a good chain to visit. I am really on the fence with this review. The service was awesome. The pizza wonderful. And the restaurant very clean. My... problem - I tried to order a bottle of water because that is AlLL I drink. While they sell bottled water in the establishment,the waitress informed me that she was not allowed to sell it to me for consumption inside the restaurant. I was told if I wantedto purchase one to go that was okay. Explained that I dislike water out of a tap and asked her to check with the manager whichshe did. She came back to let me know that the manager was adamant that I could not order a bottle of water and drink it insidethe restaurant. I was upset and to be honest, it ruined my whole meal. I just don't understand the policy as it makes no senseto me. Again, I want to state everything else was on point. Read more
