The bathroom was the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a restaurant, overall it appeared filthy I refused to eat or drink... anything here it literally made my skin crawl!! I’m sure if it were inspected it would be closed down! Read more

Cleanliness is very important to me in a restaurant if the dinning room is gross where the customer can see it try to imagine... how nasty the kitchen is where the customer can\'t see. Visited my mother for the day. Had my sister and 2 of my daughters with us, as well as my grandson. We were here about 2:30 pm... on a Saturday, for reference.\nMy daughters ordered strawberry Belgian waffles - the strawberries looked like they had beenfrozen and the only syrup provided was the berry juice. The waffles were very soggy.\nMy mother ordered the fish and chips. Thefish looked overdone, but also only the size of fish skin.\nI ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which I expected to beequivalent to the Dolly. The chicken was half the size of the bun, and very tough, as if cut the wrong way. I had asked for aside of mayo for my fries at order time. Waitress said she would go back to get it when she dropped off the food. Saw her againonly when she dropped off the bill. By that point, I was done not-eating my food.\nThe only people who enjoyed their food was mysisterwith a Mediterranean omelet and my grandson with Mac and cheese.\nVery disappointing. Was wanting something other thanfast food. Next time home, this place will not be an option.\nAs for a review about watching the price that\'s rung up, ifpaying by a card, a fee is added. This diner is in the old Big Boy building.\nI\'ll start out by saying we don\'t expect perfection & not nit picky but do expect... decency.\nOverall -Its just ok. Went there for dinner. We been there a few times and it\'s nothing special but the servers arereally pleasant. Food is usually decent\n\nFood: -ordered Steakhouse burger ???? w/onion rings (those are pictured), chickensandwhich w/fries, & the Big Fella burger w/cheese sticks. We also added salad bar to the meal. And I forgot to snap a photo ofour food, ugh.???????????\n\n**All the food was over done. Like OVER done. Chicken was very dry, would not order again & wouldnot recommend.\n**Steakhouse burger -mushrooms tasted weird, there was a nickel amount of BBQ sauce on it and just not thatgood. Edible but not good.\n**Big Fella -more like little fella. It was the best of the 3 sandwiches. I\'d say it was good justover cooked.\n**Fries were not good. Not cispy at all.\n**Onion rings -those were good actually. That was the best part of thisdinner.\n**Cheese sticks -not bad but not great. Just your normal store bought cheese sticks. They are the thinner ones not thebig billowy kind.\n**Salad Bar -there was enough lettuce for 1 salad ???? and they never refilled it the whole time we werethere. The mushrooms on the bar looked as bad as they tasted on my burger.\n**Soups did not look great either but we didn\'t trythem based on how they looked. So can\'t comment on taste there.\n\nBathroom ???? -I went into the women\'s bathroom and I wasafraid to touch anything.
