When you guys first opened, you were awesome. After COVID your product went down hill. Stale taco shells, rusty lettuce, hardly... any cheese or lettuce on tacos, old and cold burrito that had to be thrown away. Now I give you another chance and you tell methat you don't have ground beef. You are the worst taco bell on the planet! I have to drive to Port Huron when I want tacobell...just ridiculous! No Taco meat or Chicken!!! And when I asked about just a taco. I was told "Yes but you have to pay .80 cents extra for steak" So... they forget to order taco meat and I have to pay for there lack of duediligence... WTH Taco Bell..!! The last 4-5 times I?ve ordered the chicken power bowl I was given no silverware. When I?m personally going through the drive... through I can check before I leave?. But when I order DoorDash because I don?t have time to leave work, then I receive nosilverware with my order, it?s a huge inconvenience because now either I don?t eat? or I have to leave work anyway to getsilverware meaning the tip and fees to pay for DoorDash were wasted. Messy food don't don't eat there unless you want to wear your food. Completely on trained sloppy food not presented the way it... looks had to call and make sure my daughter wasn't going to get sick from an improperly made drink the manager blamed the poorlymade food and drinks on new employees. Overall, the food we get there is good, but they are always out of A LOT, and sometimes forget to put all of our food in our... order. We tried to get breakfast, but they were out of eggs. Another time we tried to go for dinner and they were out of beefand chicken. (What do you get a Taco Bell that doesn?t have beef or chicken????) Another time they were out refried beans. They still don?t have enough employees. Only the drive thru should be open. If you go for dine in there?s no one at the counter.... When you finally do get to order it will take forever to get your food because they are only trying to run the drive thru. Sothe inside of the restaurant should be closed also because there?s no one to even clean the tables off. Read more
