Was good clean waitress was really nice. Younger girl with a septum piercing in her nose she was real nice and polite and I feel... so bad about forgetting her name but I recommend asking for her if you do come and enjoy some good food and a awesome waitress!Be sure to tip good God knows how hard working as a waitress can be these days! We always have a good meal at our local Bob Evans. While they are a chain restaurant, we always know the quality of food they... serve. We stopped by for dinner this past week. The kids had sandwiches and mac and cheese. I tried their 3 course dinner, andit was really good and an even better value. I got soup, a chicken dinner, and a piece of apple pie! Great value. Met my dad for lunch here. Our server, unfortunately I do not recall his name, was awesome. Very attentive. Food was delicious. ... I had the summer berry salad and my dad had the club with fries, which is totally enjoyed. The restaurant was clean. Employeeswere quite friendly. Read more
I said; "Clean store", Assistant Manager Christian said "well, it's clean, but..." I told him be happy for the people who... showed up for work. We know you need a full staff (everybody does) but so many places have the same staffing issues. Be thankfulpeople like Mercedes, my waitress, showed up. I enjoyed her service and convo. On my Cedar point vacation I ate at lots of places and my Bob Evans breakfast was one of the best experiences. The food was... great, and my server was very nice. The cost was even the lowest of all my food stops. Read more
Worst Bob Evans we have been to. The only positive at this Bob Evans was the host and the waitress were very nice .The place... smelled like body odor. The bathrooms were disgusting. Our food took forever and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. I shouldhave known something was wrong when I looked at the table next to us and the people left their breakfast dishes barely touched.When we finally received our breakfast not only did they get our order wrong but the home fries/hash browns and sausage gravywas cold. The French toast was soggy and to top it off their credit card readers were down. Based on my experience I would avoidthis particular Bob Evans. Read more
Horrible. The waitress spilled my coffee on the table when she set it down, didn't even offer to clean it up or get us napkins.... We waited forever for food, when it arrived we asked for our bread that came with the meal. That took forever. No drink refillsat all, even with my coffee spilled. It cost me $3.09 for 3/4 cup of coffee that never got refilled. No discount or anythingwhen we talked to the manager. We won't go back, ever. Read more
