My food was good but they had orders mixed up . I think it's the 2 lines going into one. How are you supposed to know who's... next. I'm glad I got my receipt. Then I ordered o rings and they gave me ff. When I said something the girl didn't say anythingshe just got the o rings and tossed them at me. I give 3 stars for after 4 pm And 5 stars for anytime before 3pm. Things just are different depending on the time you go. The... food can differ also. Last Friday evening I pulled in to Burger King on Perkins Ave Sandusky, at the same time as another car. That car was on the... inner lane & I on the outer lane. That car started to order 1st & a worker ask me to wait a moment. So as I'm waiting a momentthe 1st car pulls around & another car pulls up & begins to order. I said "hello" a very rude individual said I asked you towait a moment...I replied "that was awhile ago" she then proceeds to say "we are in the middle of shift change & if you aregoing to be smart you can just leave" I told her I'm not being smart I just stated what you said to me awhile ago" So she tookmy order...& I pulled around...I knew it was not the cashier at the 1st window ..She was very pleasant when I got to the 2ndwind to get my food...I soon found out who was being rude...she was very nasty ...I asked for her name she said Malina in asmart tone. Then I asked her for some ketchup...she turned around & grabbed a hand full up ketchup & threw it in the bag...uponhanding my food out the window she tried to throw the bag at me& I caught it...as I caught the bag I felt the force of her hand.Another plus size lady that was at the window also thought her actions were very funny as she was laughing...in the midst of allthis ...the very rude & disrespectful lady turned around & almost knocked the healthy lady over. She didnt give my drinks & Irealized that as I pulled off...I did go back & get my beverages & she was no longer get at the window. I called up to BurgerKing to speak to a manager & she must be 1....she would not give me her name. I told her I'm calling corporate. She does notneed to work in customer service. She tried to assault me with the food. & Ive been trying to call Burger King & they are notanswering the phone....Im pretty sure there is a camera that picked this up. We were in town visiting and working on our house over the holiday weekend and this Burger King was close to the house?. Well,... this is now the ONLY Burger King in this town. The first day we go through to get lunch, we are sitting there in the drivethrough and it?s just silence. After about a minute and no greeting, the girl says? you can go ahead and order! So we order andbe pull around an there she is standing there in the window texting on her phone. Doesn?t look up, and then when she finallynotices that we are sitting there, she has this blank stare and doesn?t apologize, like we?re the ones interrupting her. Shejust says the order total. So the next day, again we go there for lunch, at least this time there was a greeting, we ordered andpulled around. There was the same girl, on her phone giving us that blank stare and that bad attitude! I said?.. you would thinkthat with this being the only Burger King in this town, they would be better at this! My bun was very stale and made the whole sandwich just taste bad. Sandwhich had very little lettuce and it was also old.
