The staff was amazing and so exceptionally kind to us and our children. We had at least two staff both checking in and taking... care of us. They were amazing at keeping the refills going. Food was excellently cooked and served in amazing time. If youare near this Chili?s, make it a stop, we were so glad to make this a stop. Thank you Chili?s staff for an amazing time for ourfamily. They have yummy salads ????, our waitress was super friendly, great service, plenty selections I think if you vegetarian.
Started the evening off with a wait when half the tables were empty. We get to the table and see server after server go by with... no one stopping at our table. Only after speaking to a manager were we able to get our order taken. Salads were brought but nosilverware to eat with. After 15 minutes, the friendly host was able to get us some. Asked a passing server for some, but shenever brought them. Server didn?t return for any drink refills during dinner. She only came by to drop off salad and to enterthe bill in the machine on the table. Overall a very poor dining experience and I wouldn?t go back and certainly wouldn?trecommend anyone wasting their time at this establishment. Read more
We've eaten here before. Never earth changing. In town today decided to stop. Yes it was hot out but the foyer were you waiting... to be seated was so hot felt like I was going to pass out. Hostess had no idea poor girl. Thankfully it got better. Our waitressAlexis was outstanding. The south west egg rolls were yummy. Our food was normal chain food. Overall a pretty good experience. Usually when we come here, it's excellent. I'm not sure what changed, but today the service was exceptionally slow. As a party... of 2, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. People kept coming out, but no one was being seated. Several people turned around andwent somewhere else. Once seated, another 10 minutes or so passed, and we were finally able to order. If I am in this area again, I would never done in this restaurant We were enjoying ourselves. The food was good and the... atmosphere had great energy. UNTIL!!! My husband order a another drink, because his first one was so good! A bar server came toour table with a drink. It didn't look like the original drink he ordered. She was kind of confused, because he said he didn'twant it. He wanted the drink he originally ordered. She said, ok let me go see! THEN the bartender came over with attitude. Hesaid, this is the same drink you order!!! I just accidentally put strawberry puree in it that caused it to change colors. Thenwe were like, then it's not the same drink as we originally ordered, now is it????? And my husband declined the drink! Thebartender became irate with us. He told my husband fine don't take it, go make the drink yourself and walked away. We asked forthe manager! He was nice and calm. We explained the situation and our waitress backed our story. She's was in shock as well withhis actions. Of course we didn't pay for the drink that wasn't prepared correctly and he comped the first drink. For hisemployee causing a scene at our table ruining our dining experience our meal should have been comped. We didn't press the issue,we paid the bill but will never return. Read more
As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and sat down right away. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about... the food on the menu. She made suggestions, and I stuck to them. We got the you got to tri-appetizer which had egg rolls,cheese sticks and chicken fingers. It was really good if I had any complaints the chicken fingers were a little rubbery . Fordinner, I got the avocado burger, and my wife got the chicken sandwich with fries.
