This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. I know it's not the employees fault, but they were out of cheese, salsa, chips,... lettuce, and corn. But it doesn't show you that they're out of all of this when you place an online order. The restaurant wasdirty. And out of the 8 or so employees, only half were working. And they were hustling. This was the worst experience I've EVER had. Online order - 3 entries - Store opens at 10:45 AM -My pickup is scheduled for... 11:00 I show up at 11:00 - Door is locked - and 10 other people are standing outside the door. all of us with pickup orders. Anurse waiting with us knocks on the window to get a workers attention... They seen us.. and continued to ignore us. An associatecould have stepped out and said " we are short staffed and running behind - be with you as soon as possible." But no. Nothing.We were left to stand outside the door for another 20 minutes. ( 45 minutes total) Finally they open and I get my order - Theydidn't even mash the avocado! They gave me a mix of pork and chicken ( I hate pork) and didn't include my fajita veggies. So Iget my order at 11:37... 40 minutes late. Its totally wrong. I tried to get my money back - NOPE. They offer me 3 replacementmeals at this terrible restaurant. Which expire in 2 weeks. Practically useless. Just look at that AVACADO..... Horriblecustomer service, terrible food quality, and not an ounce of care from anyone in that building. SAVE YOUR MONEY AVOID THEDISAPPOINTMENT. Read more

Horrible time and time again, especially pick up order accuracy in Sandusky. For example got double meat (expensive!!) and... there was hardly any on it, got double veggies, got no veggies but the others on the order did so I know they weren?t out, andthe pick up orders are about half of what you?d get if you walked up and ordered. One time my husband could fit the contents ofhis bowl with double meat in one hand. This isn?t a one time thing, and Chipotle has changed their phone system so there?s noway to contact the store to address mistakes. Online comments just result in an auto reply, and ?free guacamole on your nextorder?, when we don?t even order guacamole. Ever. Read more
Stopped in on a Sunday evening at about 8:15 PM. It was obvious that the restaurant had been extremely busy all day. It was cash... only and there were no chips available to purchade. This was announced twice for people who were waiting in line so customersknew what to expect when they reached the counter to place an order. The employees were kind and patient with customers.Overall, given the circumstances, the employees were performing well. Read more
This is the dirtiest, nastiest Chipotle I have ever been to in my life . The food service area was disgusting with chunks of... chicken in the queso. The girl working there was slow as Moses and rude. They were out of a lot of food and the line was insane. They had chips , but only for online orders. We were so excited that there was a Chipotle in Sandusky to hit up after CP, andsadly we will not be returning . Read more
So it's like your basic everyday Chipotle nothing special or over the top. The crew was nice they didn't seem rude like you... would get at a regular chain fast food place. The line moved quickly. I enjoyed my veggie bowl. I would recommend this place. Ido not recommend ordering vonline and picking up though I would be there in person to make your order Read more
Two years ago, I gave this store 4 stars. Now I can't grade them low enough. They run out of things EVERY day, they never seem... prepared, they argue amongst themselves in front of customers and I witnessed a Chipotle employee insult a customer even thoughthe error was the store's. They're never prepared for call-offs and the customer pays the price in bad service, poor quality offood and long wait times. After repeated attempts at giving this store a chance, I stopped going. I have no plans to go back. I support the Fremont, Ohio store diligently now. Read more
