I rarely go to sit down restaurants. With a 7 yr old and a new baby it isn't something we can do often. Wait was short, only 15... mins. We were sat at a large table with plenty of space for my stroller. Our waitress was very busy but we did not feelunattended. She did a great job. Food was good and we enjoyed our meal. Read more
After sitting for over 15 minutes (and I watched my clock to make sure it was closer to 20) with absolutely no one talking to... except the hostess I asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation and he IMMEDIATELY became defensive and told usour server was busy and very rudely said he would take our order. The section we were sitting in was more than half empty andcustomers that were seated well after us already had drinks and ordered food. We went down the street to Dianna's and weregreeted, ordered drinks and ordered food in less than 5 minutes and they were packed full. Spent the night at Kalahari for my nieces 14 birthday with 7 of her friends. We wanted to go to Bob Evans with a party of 10 but... they said they were only seating parties of 6 and smaller because they were short staffed. I?m pretty sure if we walked in andsaid we were a party of 4 and 6 it would?ve been fine. Anyways, we ventured down the road to Cracker Barrel and Caleb was ourwaiter. He saved the day and there was not a single item that was missed once we ordered and everything came out. He made sureour table stayed bussed throughout our meal. One of our girls broke a glass and he cleaned it up instantly once we notified him.Thank you so much Caleb for your excellent service. He took our picture for us too, even though he was busy. Service was very good! Food was ok. Eggs were a little over done, but still ok. Will return for sure.
Business was slow so our food was ready in no time. The server was great, polite, and helpful. Tried the fried turkey with gravy... dressing sweet potato casserole. Everything was plated nicely was pleasantly suprised on the overall dish. Pan roasted gravywas a little salty but is usually very good. Oder 3 sample app loaded potato tots were awesome. Read more
