Ordered pizza . Wings onion rings. No onion ring came. They brought them finally. Never checked on drinks; went to bar and asked... for an ice tea. Never after ordering did she come back to our table. Asked three employees for pizza box and food box. Finallygot one. A struggle to get anyone to take our money. Hands down worst service ever. One of my new favorites in Sandusky. We arrived and waited a while. Several people who worked there passed us and didn't say a... thing to us. Eventually the bartender who was actually busy, came to us to seat us. The place is not much to look at. Kind of atypical bar that is disorganized looking with random seats and odd places to store stuff. If you are looking for ambiance, thisis not the place. There was a browns game going on and they were blasting the TVs. But once again, it's a bar. We werepleasantly surprised at the prices for the food! We ordered and the food was also surprisingly fast to come out and our waiter,kept the refills coming faster than I would have ever expected for how busy it was. The food came out and I seriously had one ofthe best burgers I have had in the longest time. Perfectly cooked so flavorful!! Bravo!! The kids LOVED the chili. My husbandLOvEd the pulled pork. Ok, we LOVED all of the food!! It was such a breath of fresh air to have a family meal that was so goodfor a good price with good service. And to find it in a pub! Sat down at one of the sidewalk tables on a gorgeous sunny day within sight of the lake. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich... with fries complemented with a cold draft beer. Tasty, I highly recommend it. Read more
The outside patio was nice to sit at and see the lake from. We had nachos, pizza, onion rings, and kids chicken strip dinner.... It was all good, pizza average but still good. Waitress was friendly. Read more
First visit was outstanding. Great service. Great food. Second visit, we came in at about 8 on a Saturday night. We sat at a... table, had staff walk passed us about 7 different times without saying a word. We ended up walking out and not ordering aftersitting for 10 minutes. Read more
