This place wasn't here when I lived here in the mid-80's. So much has changed downtown, seems all for the better, at least on a... weekday in July! Food was good, a little pricey, there's no service, you stand in line and then go pick up what you ordered. Stood in line for about 15 minutes to order, seemed a little slow to me, but overall good for what it is. View was great! Theyhad a tent so that we were out of the sun. The whole family loves Dockside anytime the weather is nice- including the dog some days! The kids love to play on the hill and... I enjoy sitting by the water at one of the many tables always available. One of the best hidden gems in town. Food is alwaysdelicious and drinks refreshing. Read more

Dockside came highly recommended, but was very disappointing...$16 for two perch tacos with a single piece of fish the size of a... ketchup packet... each taco definitely contained less than 1 oz of fish. Ridiculous. See photo. Read more

great hidden gem of a spot. good bar type food with perch and walleye tacos along with many other great meals. great prices and... the outside seating Is fantastic on a nice day. they had live entertainment when we went in the evening. I found this duringohio bike week a short walk away ended up there 3x though the day beer was half price as the bike week event. ended my nightthere with the Live entertainment, that was really good btw. he was a very talented singer and the music was not to loud either. great place for an evening coattails and a nice sun set. oh and the staff were friendly helpful and food was fast. I'lldefinitely make this a must stop every time I'm in town from now on. Read more
Love the vibes. Nice delish hot food to warm us up on a chilly windy day. Always a great view.
