New review:: I ordered egg and cheese croissant and it looked like it had been cooked twice, the croissant was dark and burnt... and the egg was hard. I'm really disappointed in the waste of money DD has turned into. Customers work hard for their money, Ithrew the whole thing in the trash before leaving the dining space. Gross. Why would you serve that?! Old:: This is really badbut has never happened before. Someone burnt the cheese BAD and threw another piece of cheese right over it. The bun is hard asa rock, definitely cooked or reheated twice. Can't even eat it. All that brown in the picture is the rock hard burnt crud.. Read more

Dunkin ?opens at 5? but still doesn?t have bagels ready at 5:24. Girl at drive-thru terrible, miserable tone of voice.... Inconvenient for travelers and people going to work when advertised that this location is open at 5. Should have everythingready before opening store. Read more

Worst experience I?ve had. Sign in the store says open till 10, we get here at 7:30 just to have an employee run to the door and... lock it in front of our faces. Not a problem if they had explained they?re short Staffed or that the drive through is openinstead. However she just locked it and walked away. So we pull through the drive there where we?re not greeted by one of therudest people I?ve had the displeasure of meeting, but instead we received a very agitated ?order when you?re ready?. I?m notsure why it was such a pain to do their job as we were the only customers there and they had at least 3 staff members to manageone drive through line. As a Starbucks barista of 7 years I know what it takes to manage and work a coffee shop and this is nothow to do it. So we attempt to place two orders, but according to the employee taking our order ?you can?t do that? at thislocation. Once again, having worked at four different stores with drive throughs, I assure you You can. We attempt to order ablack coffee and a cold brew, but, surprise, surprise, they don?t have hot lids so all hot beverages are off the table.Whatever. We get two cold brews and pull up to the window where the employee says not a single word to us except our total. Whenwe finally get our drinks they are completely filled with ice bottom to lid. Again, whatever. I didn?t request no ice so I guessthat?s on me and if I were to try and get a reasonable amount of drink for the price they?d probably bite my head off. I?d takethe L here and just move on with my day, but the drinks were the worst tasting cold brews I?ve ever had. The poor productcombined with the abysmal service was enough that I needed to vent. Having worked in the food industry for so long I always tryto brighten peoples days at restaurants and coffee shops, but when you are unwelcomed before you even have a chance to interactwith the staff that?s a problem. I went there at 3 in the afternoon and got a 1/2 dozen of donuts and they were hard and not fresh. You probably shouldn?t have... them uncovered all day and say ?fresh? donuts Read more

While they were out of some things the staff was very friendly and accommodating one employee even went as far as to offer a... hand make a hot chocolate for me after the machine was down in the middle of a rush. Read more

As I frequent Dunkin' donuts quite often as I travel a lot this is the first time I've been to this particular location. Waited... in line for well over 20 minutes! Too order and then another 10 minutes to get my drink horrible customer service many peoplewalked out the store! It is very dingy and dirty I would not recommend dining or getting any food or anything from this place Iunderstand staff are overwhelmed and everything but not to keep up and clean the floors and everything else is atrocious! ?Manager? is extremely unprofessional and has the audacity to yell at customers when her own staff has no idea how to preform... their duties and the customer is patiently trying to help the untrained staff. When customers have to do your job, and you getmad at them for it just because they want to get their order and go- you might need to reevaluate your career choice. Wouldn?tgo here if it was the only drive through food place in the entire world. Read more

Ordered a cappuccino it was black coffee...ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was like a small dollap of it on there so... took it back manager said the cream cheese melted so she made a new bagel and than gave me a side of cream cheese so I opened mynew bagel and there was no cream cheese like it melted less than a minute... so either I'm going crazy or they are not puttinganything on the bagels......
