Soldiers in a constant battle to maintain a smile against an... onslaught of angry single mothers who are just waiting for the slightest reason to complain, criticize, and look for any reasonto become offended. The term Karen has only recently become an everyday word but they have existed since human women developedthe idea of entitlement. Beware, for their numbers grow everyday and their primary target are the low wage service workers ofthe world. We should always stand for these noble wage slaves against the unholy karen. Great customer service. The macchiato is delicious. The bacon maple sandwich is what you should get. Donuts are alright, get... your coffee fix here. They are following safe social distancing and hygienic protocols. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. The cashier I had makes no attempt at replying to small talk apart from very rudely brushing me... off. 0 concept of hospitality in a tourist destination. Your location should only hire people who are friendly to tourists. Read more
Quite possibly the worst Dunkin? location I?ve ever been to. They randomly close off the lobby whenever they feel like it and... force everyone through the drive thru...even when you order on the app you get forced to wait in a 20 car deep line. Half thetime you order things and they don?t either have it, or the ?machine is broken?. Just go somewhere else instead....not worthyour time wasting your money here. Read more
Very unorganized.Guy in front of me waiting 30 min for iced coffee. Drive through was asking guy at front register to do things... when he was trying to help with orders at front counter. He took my order at register then asked me when waiting what I hadordered. 10 min just to get a hot coffee. Mess on back counter, not many donuts made up. Coffee tasted ok but felt afraid todrink after seeing dirtiness of back counter. Get some more help or better training here please. I love Dunkin but never have Iseen such dissaray at one. Read more
Stopped here a and got coffee and a few other items. The food was good. This connected to the gas station and is a nice open... concept location. There is a drive thru. The location has plenty of parking and is very clean. If you need some food or a placeto stop and stretch, this is a good spot. Read more
Yea so we visited this location on 5/29/2018 around 8 am, I simply asked if they had any non dairy products that I could put in... my coffee like soy or almond milk and the workers acted like I was an uppity jerk. The rest of the service I received was coldand just plain rude. I've never seen a more miserable crew in my life and I WORK at a coffee shop. If I treated a customer theway I was treated at this location I'd probably be fired on the spot just saying. Y'all need to do A LOT better to your customerservice commitments or maybe hire a team that are more capable and friendly in the mornings. To put it simply I won't bereturning ever. Read more
