10/15/2022 Still no response. Wondering why. 10/5/2022 No response from the owner? Only responds to positive reviews? My... husband loves this place but said it's the last time he will ever go. His chicken fettuccine alfredo was watery with a ton ofgarlic powder dumped on top. He didn't eat it and I asked him to bring it home and took this picture of it. See pic. I don'treally think this place is ever worth the dirty tables, prices and screaming kids but wanted to go with my husband. I got bakedmeatballs and it was brought to me in a tin on a paper plate. I asked where my dish was and was told it got put in a tin becauseit went in the oven. Most of your dishes are baked and I didn't see anyone else eating out of a tin and I've never eaten out ofa tin before. If I wanted to eat out of tins and plastic I would have ordered a dollar burger and eaten it in the car. Seepic. The bread sticks were wrapped in four papers and the grease bled all the way though. I then wrapped them in napkins to geteven more grease off of them. They were completely saturated. See pic. My husband said he thinks whoever was in the kitchen hadno idea what they were doing. I think he was right. I don't mind the prices. I don't mind the dirty tables. I don't mind thescreaming kids. But my food at least has to be edible. Read more
Wr ordered on the app. We found this location last year while on vacation. We love it. Huge portions. Great taste. Feeds our... family of 5 with the super family meal and that's with leftovers for lunch the next day. We will continue to eat here when intown. Read more
We're from Saginaw Michigan, and we stop here every once in awhile to eat when we go to Cedar Point. Missy was amazing!! Never... get this level of service at a fast food place, except for Chick FIL A. Missy was very good at checking on us! Made us feel sowelcome! Read more
Overall a good experience. We were helped promptly, our food came out quickly and was correct. The staff was friendly and... helpful. Two small things: several options on the pop machine were broken and the person at the cash register was playing withtheir hair when we entered and didn?t wash their hands or put on gloves before handing us cups. Drove 2 and a half hours for this place. Noodles were delicious. Pizza was yummy. They say cleanliness is next to godliness, and... this place was cleaner than a freshly waxed Brazilian. I cannot explain how wonderfully cheerful the staff was. For those thatdo not know, you can go through the drive thru, or park and dine inside. You order at a counter like any other fast food shop,and they will bring the food to your table. Plenty of Italian dishes to choose from. If you are choosing to dine in, make sureto take a second while at the drink station and grab the parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes shakers to sprinkle on your mealback at the table. Waited over 15 mins at the window I think they forgot about me they said the wings were still cooking. The order was wings side... of meatballs mozzarella sticks bread sticks. 20 mins later I had my food was good forgot my bread sticks tho had to drive backthrew to get them.
