Attempted to eat here for my son's birthday after a day full of rides. Waited for 45 minutes to even be seated. Once we were... seated, with two very hungry teenagers I might add, I was forced to sit on a chair in the middle of the aisle because apparentlythey didn't have a table big enough for 5. I was literally blocking the way to the restroom. I had to get up at least 3 times intwenty minutes. We sat down. Was given menus but never seen a server after that. Wasn't even given drinks. We walked up twiceto attempt to get service and was told someone would be over shortly and no one ever came. After 30 minutes of not evengetting drinks we finally just walked out. We waited 75 minutes and received extremely poor service, what little service we didget. Not to mention, the waitresses were talking bad about customers and swearing up a storm. Decently fast arrival of food, but it's overpriced for a generally mediocre experience. People were bad except my waitress. My... shake was watery too, and it was overpriced just like everything else on the menu. Read more
Over priced and food was horrible and cold. Cedar point is not as it use to be. My grandson wasn't allowed to ride a small ride... that wasn't fast at all. I get height but come on. ! ???? Read more
Husband loves the food and the fact that they made it with no salt/seasoning. We've had too much salt at some places in the park... which is a big turn off especially being on low sodium intake diet. You can't eat it. We've both worked enough food places weunderstand how stressful it's can be and how rude customers can get. Keep up the good work Johnny rockets. Read more
Horrible experience. Horrible wait staff. Went in 30 minutes after the park was open. 7 employees just standing there and two... other tables in the restaurant. Was asked to sit outside and that was fine. However we got sat at a dirty table with bugs allover and got completely ignored yet again by the staff. We ended up just leaving and going across the way and had our food anddrink within 5 minutes. I'll be back to cedar point but pretty sure I'll never spend my time or money here. Read more
We went on Sunday June 19th and we had to wait for a table which is fine. We ended up sitting at the counter. I didn't find our... server to be very pleasant. Maybe she was new. She tried giving us someone else's order than we got our fries but no burgers. Wewaited over 30 mins when we received our check but still no burgers at that point we were told they were behind on them another15 20 mins later still no burgers. Meanwhile several families that sat down after us had already eaten and left. We asked themto remove them from our check and left and got food elsewhere. After a LOOONG day riding rides, we decided to have dinner at Johnny Rockets before our drive back to Michigan. Brooklyn was... our waitress and did an excellent job. We were given strawberry shakes as part of the health care worker appreciationpromotion. In addition, the food was delicious and came out fast. Brooklyn kept our glasses full, and even the souvenir CedarPoint cups were refilled. The food was excellent, Brooklyn was outstanding. Read more
Don't follow the reviews, crabby people, bad kids, sunburn or whatever the reason, Johnnie Rockets is delicious. If you wait a... few minutes it's because it's made fresh. Read more
