Why is it so hard to get all the overpriced items you order when you go to the drive threw. Combo meal without napkins cookie or... straw. 10 PC bucket dinner without the sides chicken only. How hard is it really ??? Sometimes I'm the only person there soit's not like your super busy. I also love the mumbling girl at the window that don't have the energy to talk or extend herhand to give you change because it takes to much energy so I have to climb half way out my window. They were quick to take an order but told us there was a 25 minute wait on our food. I wouldn?t mind waiting but after 40... minutes they gave our food to someone else and tried apologizing with a cake. Then say only five more minutes but 15 minuteslater still no food. This location is pathetic with poor management. How is KFC out of chicken? Read more
Was fairly disappointed when I presented a KFC coupon at the window and was told they didn't accept coupons. I didn't realize a... chain restaurant had the option to deny a coupon. I'll make the longer trip next time and go to the Fremont location (theyaccepted my coupons last week). Read more
