There was a party of 7 of us.. We called ahead they told us 20 minutes when we got there we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes which... was fine it was busy and I'm sure there shirt staffed. Our appetizers came out with our food. We were only given one bowl ofsalad for 7 of us . Which wasn't enough, and they gave us one basket of bread sticks, which there were 6, so 1 of us didn't get1.. The food was bland, and it seemed like it was sitting for a couple of minutes as a sauce was glazed. Im not complaining,but I've been here a lot and this food wasn't very good. Read more
I must say if you have the chance to ask for ALEXIS, YOU MUST!!! The BEST service I've had yet! She suggested GREAT food... options, drink options, and treated my 13 year old a young man instead of a child!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEXIS!!! You made ournight great! Haven't eaten at OG in a long time and was pleasantly surprised. This location was very clean and didn't show the wear and tear... like those close to where we live. Deann was an outstanding server - very personable and her timing of when to check with youwas perfect! I even told the manager how great she was and I am not easily impressed. The salads and soups are what youexpect as was the one entree we ordered so no complaints here. We would go here again and wish all locations were like this onein Sandusky. Read more
Haven't been to any Olive Garden location for 3.5 years (no thanks to Covid and border restrictions). Wasnt dissapointed. Food... still tastes the exact same. I had the tour of Italy.... loved it. Meghan was our waitress and despite being busy with oursection plus tending bar, she did an excellent job taking care of us and ensuring we were happy. One of the salad plates thatcame out was dirty and that was my only (minor) negative experience. Read more
We typically do not have issues with our server or food, but yesterday 8/6/22 all 8 of us had something wrong - 6 had very dry... alfredo and lasagna-even after extra sauce was brought out- and my husband and i didn't get our meals until after our party wasabout finished eating. Now, our waitress Lisa did my husband and I a solid and comped our meal - we asked to have them boxed aswe were preparing to leave. I did manage to eat mine before we left and it was just as delicious as last time i had it. Overallwe had a great evening and Lisa was an exceptional waitress who was just as flustered at other staff whom were setting out hertables and not being prepared with all of the meals and their components. Of course we will be back again and we'll continue tohave our typically great service. Read more

The food was great, but the customer service was AWESOME. We had a large order, and a few things were missing or mad wrong. I... called and told the manager about the issues, and not only did she replace the Incorect meal, but she replaced the ENTIRE order!???? now that is how you take care of your customers!! She asked me I odered I told her mine was fine and she said " no I wantto replace all of it so you all can eat together as a family like you intended to" the reason being is that I had to drive 15mins back to the restaurant To get the correct order. This was Olive Graden in Sandusky Ohio 44870. I can say enough on how theentire staff handled this order. WAY TO GO OLIVE GARDEN 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! Read more
