My husband and I stopped in for a sandwich, and we had to wait for people to order on these Kiosks . I am not working no... machines to place an order! We left. Low staffing, had to use the kiosk for ordering to eat in. Seniors might have trouble with this at first. The chicken noodle... soup tasted very good but was a little skimpy on the vegetables, meat, and noodles. I had the breaded chicken sandwich also andwas good as well. My wife had the steak and cheese sandwich and Broccoli & cheese soup both of which she liked. Staff was nice.The place looked clean. I will probably preorder on the app next time to save time when eating in the restaurant. Drive-thru wassteady busy. I would definitely return/recommend this place. Read more
There times must be horrible. Waited in the drive through 15 minutes and there was no line just someone at the window who seemed... to wait equally as long. Took the girl over 5 to even acknowledge me at the order stand, poor customer service Read more
Nice place... but they were slow! Like really slow the people behind be got their order before me and all I was waiting on was... a coffee. The other people had full meals. Would not recommend this place to others or return to this location. Read more

If I could leave half of a star I would. Went here for lunch today, ordered broccoli & cheese mac and cheese. I received 1/4 cup... of macaroni in broccoli and cheese soup, and if that wasn?t disgusting enough-it was cold! $6 for that was quite disappointing.The bread that came with my order & my daughter?s salad was so hard it could chip a tooth. The staff here are very pleasant and engaging. The food is served fast and as has always been my experience with Panera,... everything tasted absolutely delicious. As noted by many other reviews, the food is a bit on the pricey side. But once you tasteit you get the feeling you're getting your money's worth. That being said I'm giving 3 out of 5 stars because they could havedone a little bit better with the cleanliness. While I wouldn't describe the place as "filthy," it was far below the level ofthe standard I've become used to at this chain. Bathrooms and dining area needed a once over. Read more
Wow. Took 20 min to get 2 bagels cut and toasted. It was quicker to get the manager to come out and give me a refund vs getting... the food. I know everywhere is short staffed but they had roughly 9 ppl working so I don?t know what the delay could have been. Read more
