This place needs to go or find new management. They wouldn?t allow our 85 year old mother to sit down at a table (in an empty... restaurant) because our whole party wasn?t there. Separately, we had a party of 7 and the restaurant was again COMPLETELY emptyand we ended up having to sit at separate tables because they said they couldn?t move tables together or sit a chair at the endof the table, because the manager said well then they would have to clean different areas. At one point, the waitress just movedthe tables together for us, and the manager came back out and made us separate them. The hostess told us she was frustrated withus because they couldn?t figure out how to sit us all together in an empty restaurant. No apologies at any point. We stay at theBreakers several times a year, and will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! We thought 1 bad experience was fine, but this has happenedseveral times now with the same managers. Perkins should be ashamed that it's even allowed to have its brand on it you can't have to orders with a full menu cuz it's too... complicated for the employees to handle you can't have a seat if you have a friend in the restroom because that's unheard ofhere. Read more

This place is God awful. My wife and 2 kids ate there for breakfast. Kids ordered orange juices. They brought out 2 off brand... juice boxes that looked like they were purchased at the dollar store. My daughter said thats the same brand they give her in herfree school lunches. Food comes out, the sides of bacon we ordered were so tiny. Super cheap looking bacon and tiny portions forwhat we paid for. Ended up having to order 2 additional sides of bacon so my kids could actually get their fill. Wife?s omeletwas disgusting.. avocados looked like they also came from the dollar store. My meal was okay. Whole thing cost $102 includingtip. We ate dinner that night at the habachi restaurant next door. Our whole family?s high end dinners cost $150 with tip. Thegap in quality between breakfast and dinner was enormous. I will give perkins credit for their muffins though. Overall, you?rebetter off getting breakfast at starbucks. Much better food and you?d save a ton of money. Read more
I entered the restaurant to meet my family for breakfast. I asked permission to find them. I found my family who were sitting in... a back booth. I put a chair on the end of the booth to sit. The manager came by to tell me that's not allowed. I then returnedthe chair and the manager told me the waitress has the right not to serve me because you came late. I couldn't even get a cupof coffee. Hospitality is not in their vocabulary. For a mediocre restaurant they are extremely rude. I tried to dine in. Read more

Most expensive Perkins meal that our family of 5 have ever eaten at. We loved Hotel Breakers at Cedar Point, but $100 seems... very expensive for breakfast food. That included 1 milk, a Coke, a kids Coke, 2 waters, a kids meal, a burger & fries, 3breakfast meals. No extras like alcoholic drinks or food add-ons. Read more
Went in for breakfast, after over 30 minutes, we were finally served, breakfast was stone cold. We seen others seated and... served, and paid before we got ours and we were seated first. Server didn't bother to ask when my plate was barely touched. Will not be back. If he had apologized for his mistake, we would have been fine. Not even a word.....the only thing served hotwas coffee and pancakes because he forgot that I ordered them. Read more
