Our food was cold and our server was awful. We asked to speak with a manager and Terry was such a delight. He turned the whole... experience around. We ended up leaving feeling great. Ordered jumbo wings and received regular size wings.! Fries cold to the touch and they really left out a whole salad in our to... go order.! ?Best wings? were normal just over sauced wings with blue cheese in a container.!!! I know they have in house madeblue cheese because my husband got some with his salad.! Over all I wish I could give them zero stars. What a waste of money andtime.! Read more
We are visiting with softball and some of our team decided that they wanted to eat here. We went and didn't t wait too long for... a table so we thought that was good. We got to the table and had a server that was training, which is fine but we think that ourorder wasn't put in when we did it because they got busy. We went last night and the experience left much to be desired. They were clearly under staffed as our waiter was running around... the whole time. It took quite a while to get our drinks. We ordered two appetizer as we had 6 people the friend pickles wereokay but could have been fried a bit longer and we never got our loaded fries till after our dinner and even then theyonlybrought a side order. So when the dinners arrived we were missing a side salad and one. dinner was 5 wings and it supposedto be all flaps but 3 of the 5 wings were drums. When our waiter finally made it back to us he apologized and we let him knowwhat was needed and asked for drink refills. We got the remade food decently fast but forgot our drink refills till the nextpass by the table. I personally order the Buffalo chicken wrap sub cheddar instead of blue cheese and got cheddar and bluecheese on it. As I was about half way through my wrap I bit into a bone in my chicken wrap. Luckily I bit into it and didn'tswallow this tiny piece it could have done alot of damage! Overall the kitchen failed this trip. And honestly for how much wentwrong the management didn't do anything to make our experience better the only thing that was not on our bill was the loadedfries pretty sure because our waiter forgot to put it in. We were from out of town, for a two day trip for my sons birthday. This placed looked cool for my sons birthday, but that?s all... they have going for them. Waited 15-20 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order, at which time we put in our entire order.He kept walking by us, still no drinks. Think he forgot. Finally got our drinks. Didn?t see him again for nearly an hour. Wedecided since we were starving, & it was my sons birthday that we were going to leave. He came back & said they were behind inthe kitchen. Honestly, I think he forgot to put in our order. He said he?d send us fries & give my son a sundae for hisbirthday. We told him we were just going to leave. He said he?d return & let us know how much longer. Food arrived a few minuteslater. Food was good, but they used garlic butter for the kids grilled cheese. Son didn?t like it. Waiter never came back to askus how our food was, or offer refills. Another 30 minutes pass & my husband asked for a refill. He took his cup & neverreturned. He came back and told us the fries & sundae were coming, another 40 minutes after he said he?d provide that. We toldhim we just want to go. We won?t be returning when we visit the area, which we will be frequent. No excuses for such poorservice. If they are short staffed, they shouldn?t fill the restaurant. It was a Monday night. It would?ve been nice if our server hadn?t forgotten about our appetizers then when we finally got them our meals were about 5... minutes behind them. On top of that our server found it better to hangout at a booth with other customers instead of checking onus. My wife finally just called over to her so we could get refills. The hamburger with mac and cheese was great but the cheese melt with steak meat felt like they dumped a whole bottle of salt on... it. French fries was kinda warm so they gave me fresh ones. The waitress seem like she had a attitude. But the lady whogreeted me at the door was real nice. The owner I believe thought his worker gave me the menu for there to go. I was justwaiting for the people i was with to come from the bathroom. I didn?t take offense to it. I just thought that was funny. Theyhad football on all the tv but not the baseball team. Made me think they didn?t like The guardians. They had about 6 tvs. Istill left a fair tip. No prices on the liquors. Read more
