Tonight we called and got a reservation for 8 adults at 615pm. We arrived ahead of time. We did not get seated until 722pm.... We ordered right away drinks and all meals. Our meals were not served until close to 830pm. 3 people ordered endlessshrimp and that was quite the disappointment. My wife and another group member ordered the shrimp, lobster and salmon meal. Red lobster would be ashamed to say they served that meal . Both meals together wouldn't fill one plate, the food waschrisp and burnt from what one would believe to be sitting under a heat light. Honestly every person in our group washighly disappointed and felt taken advantage of. The only good thing I can say is our waitress Shannon did an outstanding job and kept apologizing for the less than desirable meals we waited hours for. Visited Aug. 14th. Our worst Reb Lobster visit to date unfortunately. Under staffed equals slow service and rushed food. My... pasta has less than half the amount of noodles it was supposed to have. My wife's very expensive crab legs were overcooked anddry. My daughter's well done steak was pink in the middle. Even the cheddar bay biscuits didn't taste up to Red Lobsterstandards. The wait staff was never around for us to explain our issues but they were doing the best they could I guess. We'llprobably skip this location next visit. Read more
Staff has always been polite and nice. Food quality was shocking though last time I came. Stuffed mushrooms looked and tasted... just wrong. Biscuits even were wrong and were overly soft and fell apart when eating. Read more
Good food.. A friend treated us..! Sufficiently large quantities.. But the place is on the expensive side. Great service by... Chelsea..! Although, when I asked for scotch, single malt, she had no idea.. The poor damsel...!! Had an enjoyable evening... Onthe eve of my birthday...!!! Read more
Our experience at Red Lobster was a little challenging because a order was delayed, but our server was pleasant, calm, and very... attentive during our dining time. Even though it was a delay with receiving a meal, the server still remembered to give ourdaughter a sweet treat for her birthday. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Stopped by this past Sunday (June 26) for dinner with my wife and daughter. We had no wait whatsoever and our server was... amazing. Very nice, courteous, and answered all of our questions with a smile! The food was a little different from what we'vehad in the past and we only got one bowl of their awesome cheddar bay biscuits, thus the 4 instead of a 5 star rating. I orderedthe shrimp alfredo and I thought it came with smaller, almost quarter-sized shrimp. This came will full-sized, bite the tail offshrimp. But again, not a huge deal breaker. (first trip in here) So i love seafood the most. I love this place alot but they have really high prices. Good clean atmosphere.... Waitress was nice. Id recomend this place but only if you have the money to drop...(second trip in here) so I had a 4 starreview here before I had to drop it down a star because me and my mother went the day before mother's day and nothing impressedus especially for the price they charge for the food. I don't recommend the crab stuffed shrimp Rangoon. The Alfredo sauce formy mas shrimp linguine tasted but funny I had the wagyu Burger and it tasted like a frozen patty. The only good deal they hadwas the three deal for $15. Lobster bisque definitely had a funny aftertaste and didn't have chunks of lobster in it it was allpureed into it which didn't impress me at all for the price. The only thing I enjoyed was the cheddar biscuits and the mashedpotatoes. We spent nearly 70$ for two and I don't think we will be back to this location for a while. Me and my wife are formally regular customers. We went there last week and ordered the all you can eat shrimp. Well just so... everyone knows. There new policy is if that’s what you order. Your aren’t allowed to take anything home. I mean it wasn’tlike we ordered two more orders of shrimp or something or had gads of food that we tried to order ahead of time and take home..We’re talking 8 shrimp a piece . Food that we paid for. They would rather throw it away then let you take it home. I might addthat is a stupid policy. Which cost you two loyal customers. Read more
