Stayed in the drive through for 45 minutes and I?m from Michigan on vacation I pull up to order my food and one of the girls... kept telling me rudely to hold on when trying to order. I went to Sonic for the first time in my life, they have good burgers and very good onion rings. The fries have too much grease... and aren't fried all the way. But other than that the food was good. Read more
My family was craving sonic food. We went & ordered chili footlong, burgers & fries. The hot dog tasted boiled. Burgers were way... over cooked. We were so disappointed & felt ripped off!! If I could give this location a 0 I would. We waited in the line for 10 mins got up to the speaker and was told wr couldn't... order 2 separate transactions. I had two separate paying families in the car. So we took our business else where that was morethan happy to take our order!!!! Never had an issue anywhere else. That's how you lose business!! Awful! Service was very unprofessional, rude, hottest day of the year and no ice cream. Left one meal out of my order and I had... to go to the door to request it, which I got screamed at. Or wait in line for another 25 minutes. My burger which I asked forjust ketchup had everything but ketchup on it and I wasn?t going back to the door to get screamed at again. There were no customers when I arrived. The food came out pretty fast and fresh. The lady at the window was very polite and... patient when I added on to my order upon arriving at the window.
